Why Early Access?

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It's unclear at this point how long the game will stay in Early Access but we'll make sure to let everybody know once we're ready for launch.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We want Stallion Squad to be a foundation that can be built upon for many years to come.

What we have now is only going to get bigger as we move further into release. Early Access will feature only a handful of gamemodes in the beginning, but all the core functionality is in (read more about this in "What is the current state of the Early Access version?".

The only thing that remains is polishing up what we already got, and keep adding more reasons to play (gamemodes, quests, rewards, Steam Workshop support etc).”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Stallion Squad has changed drastically since our first build and it's at a point now we're very satisfied with the look and feel of the game. We have all the core elements implemented. Our beloved Survival / Creative mode, various fun gamemodes, a Locker functionality where you can dress up your character, an Item Shop, seasonal events and rewards for playing daily and weekly. Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Our prices will not change, they will stay the same.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community plays a crucial role in Early Access development. Thanks to our amazing community we've introduced a ton of requested features and changes. We're really grateful for all the work and dedication they've shown for Stallion Squad.

Beta Testers have access to private builds where they get to shape the future of Stallion Squad. Many suggestions are taken from our community discord and forums. We also have private channels for early access players to share their thoughts, ideas and concerns to us directly.”
