Hvorfor tidlig adgang?

“We have decided to release the game in the early access state due to the fact we are in need of feedback from all of you, negative-positive, constructive, anything is welcome and is going to help us lift the game to its next level.”

“The early access state of the game shall be until the end of the beta stage which is planned to be over in October next year, meaning we have around a year give or take to fully focus on optimizing the game and working on implementing new functions.”

“In the full version of the game, we are planning to release more options as per the in-game content, there will also be the option to self-host your own server with customized plugins at this stage.”

“In the current version of the game there's the option to join official servers, that we are hosting region-specific, on these servers you can battle AI, or players with basic weaponry, and gather base materials, to craft certain base items.

We would like to say that overall the game is currently at 40% of completion, and requires more work on optimizations, appearance, and crafting/building content.”

“We are planning to increase the price for the game once it leaves the early access stage.”

Om dette spil

The objective of New Era is to survive in the wilderness using gathered or stolen materials. Players must successfully manage their hunger, thirst, health, and troops or risk dying. Despite the looming threat of bears, wolves, and deserted soldiers the primary menace is other players due to the game being solely multiplayer. Combat is accomplished through primitive weapons, such as bows. In addition, AI-Controlled patrols will occasionally roam, These can be defeated with persistence. New Era features crafting, though initially limited until the discovery of specific items in the game's open world. To stay protected, players must build bases or join clans to improve their chance of survival. Raiding is a major aspect of New Era.
