2 levels (a tutorial level that introduce you the mechanics of oil rig management, and a full scenario where you need to face scary pirate lord Jack Torpedo)

13 buildings and 10 storages to build
11 partners to cooperate and contracts to sign
15 resources to drill out, refine and manage
possibility to build a multiplatform oil rig
