“As an indie studio, we believe that Early Access was the best way to let people experience the game as soon as possible. Throughout the development process, we would like to collect feedback from the community about what features they would like to see added the most.”

“KHIO is planned to be in development as early access for 1-2 years

We plan to work towards our design and feature goals during this time until we and our players are satisfied, however, we intend to continue expanding on the world and game after its 1.0 release.”

“Our goals for development include but are not limited too:

• A larger more dense world
  
• More variety in locations, NPC’s, and items
  
• A more complete storyline
  
• More missions/puzzles and mysteries for the player to solve
  
• Different endings based on how you interact with the world

We are also considering adding in more experience-enhancing features if we can which would include:

• Being able to play above 60 fps
  
• Peer to peer connected co-op

These features are reliant on demand from players as they are not core to the game vision itself.”

Bagaimanakah keadaan semasa versi Akses Awal?

“We have all of the core features in the “About This” section already implemented into the current state of the game, however, they are not as expansive or in-depth as we would like yet. At launch, we plan to have a world around 4x the size of the current and filled with unique and interesting locations, puzzles, lore, enemies, and loot.”

“Yes, you should expect the price to increase slightly after the launch of 1.0, however, this will be announced ahead of time and will not be significantly more.”

“We will be using the Steam community, Discord, YouTube, and our website as a way to communicate with our players.”
