What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The core reason for choosing the Early Access model is the desire to receive player feedback promptly during development – this helps refine game details more accurately, thereby improving development efficiency as well as the game’s completeness and quality. At the same time, This mode is also expected to allow more players to get in touch with and understand this game in advance,, enabling the game to be gradually polished to better meet everyone’s expectations with player participation.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Until winter 2027.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Plans are in place to explore differences between the full version and the Early Access version from multiple aspects. For example, attempts will be made to add a more complete storyline, explore the introduction of new stages and character attack skills, and research the inclusion of new enemies (including more powerful bosses) and their corresponding skill mechanics. At the same time, continuous efforts will be made to optimize game balance, explore the addition of selectable characters, and improve the controllability and appearance of existing characters. These directions advanced gradually based on player feedback and actual development progress, with specific content updated as progress is made.
Plans include:
-Adding a complete storyline
-Introducing new stages and new attack skills
-Including new enemies, bosses, and skills
-Optimizing game balance
-Adding selectable characters and improving character controllability and appearance”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version has implemented a 3D level-clearing mode. Players can control one hero character to move and clear levels within the scene; during the level-clearing process, basic attacks and ultimate skills can be used, and defeating monsters along the way and the level boss result in victory for that round. Future updates gradually enrich existing gameplay details based on feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase prices when releasing new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“When there are updates to the game,We publish in the community at any time.Players can actively communicate with us in the community, including reminding us to fix bugs in a timely manner, providing suggestions for character personalities or moves, system optimization suggestions for the game, and reasonable and constructive suggestions for the storyline. After discussing the optimization suggestions provided by everyone, we made revisions and adopted them.”

About This Game

Detonation Sauce University is a school adventure game starring an ordinary student, taking you on a thrilling campus escape journey full of surprises and dangers.

Players take on the role of a new ordinary student at "Sauce Blast High School". This seemingly everyday campus is overrun by all kinds of strange monsters after dark—"Homework Ghosts" wander in classrooms, "Exam Demons" block corridors, and "Chalk Monsters" ambush in stairwells. Without superpowers, your only basic attack method is the ketchup you carry: throw it at monsters to cover their eyes with sauce, creating a gap for your escape.

The game’s core gameplay revolves around "Evade - Counterattack - Escape": each level corresponds to a different campus area (classroom, library, gym, etc.). You need to move nimbly to avoid monster encirclement, find ketchup supply points, seize the moment to throw sauce and distract monsters, then escape through hidden safe routes (such as the passage behind lockers, the secret door in the stairwell). As long as you successfully get rid of the monsters in the current area, you can clear the level, unlock the next campus danger, and gradually uncover the secret behind the frequent appearance of monsters on campus.

  • First you have to find the weapon, otherwise you can't move.

  • Earn stars by writing quests.Destroy objects by throwing them at the target.

  • Fruit, junk, and even creatures can also be picked up for your ammo.

  • When you arrive at your destination, you can go through the customs.

  • No matter in the school or in the neighborhood there may be bullies, dogs and so on, be careful yo.
