Privacy and your personal data are of the most importance here at Whim Indie. Whim Independent Studios does not intentionally collect data of individuals under the age of 13. Accounts created by individuals under 13, we advise that the parent or legal guardian monitor their accounts, in which they have the option of restricting information, deleting accounts, or attaching their accounts to a parent account. With Parent or guardian consent, the child will have access to their accounts with limited access. Regarding third-party sites, tools, and services, we have no control over how information is collected regarding children.
