Why Early Access?

“Many can't wait to finally get on the virtual skateboard. Now that the core mechanics are ready, we don't want to keep this from you any longer. Early Access also gives us the opportunity to optimize the game with feedback from the community, to make this the best skateboarding vr game possible, while staying true to the core of the gameplay idea.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We estimate a full release in Q2 2022. However, a lot of factors go into these decisions and we are planning on releasing the game in a bug free state with all intended features.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“A lot of additional features are planned for the full release, which we want to gradually add over the course of the Early Access, with updates every 4-8 weeks.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is still in an early stage of development. The core of the skateboarding experience is fully available already, allowing a wide range of tricks and combinations. These can be tested in the map and learned in the academy. We have already a lot of content and more features in the pipeline, but they are not ready for the public yet. More modes and features are going to follow, as soon as they are ready.

In the first Early Access version the following content is available:

• Core mechanics of virtual skateboarding with innovative controls for VR motion controllers.
  
• A wide variety of tricks like Flips, Shuvits, Slides and Grinds.
  
• Introduction: A specially designed level, in which you learn the basics of virtual street skateboarding.
  
• Skateboard Academy/Tutorials: In a specially designed level you can learn all available trick mechanics. There is a challenge with every lesson.
  
• 4 fully designed and fully skatable maps + 2 Tutorial maps
  
• Practice mode
  
• Run mode
  
• Sudden Death Mode
  
• Leaderboard

“The early access version is available at a reduced price. The price will increase with the full release.”
