„Project 1942 will feature ships, planes, tanks, and more. Given the complexity of these mechanics, we aim to collaborate with the community to develop and refine them, incorporating feedback to deliver the optimal blend of action, fun, and playability.“

Project 1942 is a World War II shooter that lets you experience the whole war – on land, at sea, and in the air.

It’s all about bringing back that classic feel of the old-school shooters, but with modern tech and fresh ideas. Think big battles, teamwork, and that raw chaos of WW2 where every front matters.

You’ll be storming beaches, trading shots in the streets, dogfighting high above the clouds, or blasting through naval battles – it’s all in there. Grab a squad, hop on voice chat, and coordinate if you want to win. Communication and teamwork are everything.

Don’t worry if you’re not a hardcore player – Project 1942 is made for both veterans and casuals. Even if you’ve only got time for a quick round, you’ll still feel the intensity and fun.

The main mode is Conquest, but that’s just the start. More modes and expansions are planned to keep things fresh and cover even more iconic WW2 battles.

At the end of the day, Project 1942 is both a love letter to the classic shooters we grew up with and a modern take powered by Unreal Engine 5. It’s a chance to relive history, rewrite it, and just have a blast doing it.
