Miksi Early Access?

We are releasing into early access to get community feedback to improve the final game. At this stage, the game is fully playable and most work is being done is on the map and new features. We want your input as we finish the game to help guide The Maze into the future. Visit our discord to make suggestions.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We plan to stay in EA for about 6 months with a full release in December 2022.

At this time most of the game mechanics we want are in the game, It is hard to say what else might change, I am really excited to see what the community suggests that they would like to see in the game, I am sure some of the community suggestions will end up in the final version.

At this time there is a 4k x 4k map of the maze for you to explore, find loot, kill creatures, and search for an exit. with a full day and night weather system, the main challenge will come at night when the dead walk above ground, Use a torch to travel at night. Forage for food to keep your health in good condition, look for loot boxes to find a gun or weapon to protect yourself, you may not survive the night without a weapon. The deeper you get into the maze the tougher the creatures get. Survive the Maze Find the Exit.

The Maze was created to challenge you in many different ways, it has such a simple objective, find the end. I don't want to describe too much about the game because I want the player to explore the game and enjoy the discovery of new things. The Maze is a very large 3d maze built on terrain, with vegetation, trees, water, and different biomes, it stretches many miles with dozens of different challenges, it also has a full active weather system that adds an awesome environment to the game. You will find some loot but you will have to craft most everything you will need to survive. During the day you can forage for berries and other food, you can even hunt animals for meat and leather, but at night you become the hunted and will need to find a safe place to set up camp and get you some sleep. All the souls the Maze has claimed walk the Maze at night looking for food YOU. so be careful and enjoy.
