The story of two men who survived zombies

Earth is depleted of resources. Projects are underway to find secret energy buried deep in the earth.
However, the project eventually fails, spreading unknown infections, and the world is getting into chaos.
The world becomes a father-in-law to resurrect the bizarre world where the dead rise and the living die.
