Cubic Chess is a twist on traditional Chess, setting the pieces onto a 3d cubic board, you can rotate, revolve and plan around the board itself and is perfect for players that want a new way to think of their favorite game, without too many more bells and whistles.

GameModes

You vs. AI
The game of Cubic Chess has a custom built Chess engine designed for this new variant of the game. Whether you are new or experienced, you can enjoy the challenge the AI brings.

Local Multiplayer
Similar to normal chess, you can share the experience with a friend nearby or through Steam's Remote Play Together.

Multiplayer
Invite a friend, or find someone to play a game against online.

Behind the Game

This game is the imagining of 4 years of work, from a newly graduated high school student. With two years of planning, and two years of programming, this is the first game I have ever developed, and I've put a lot of love and care into it, and I would love to hear about your experiences with my game!
