為何採用搶先體驗模式？

ORIGIN is an ambitious project for a Solo Developer, doesn't mean it can't be done or that I will always be working alone, I am looking to get more developers involved in this project, and the work on it towards full release may take as long as a few years but hope not. Me, as the developers, are interested to ensure that players from our community can enjoy the game as early as possible, and can give some feedback on it. This may greatly improve the quality of the final product because it will be created in collaboration with the players, and it will also speed up the process of searching and fixing bugs in the early builds.

ORIGIN do contain placeholder assets that will be replaced in the future. I would greatly help me to get input from the community already playing the game. I truly want to make this game a success.」

「I expect that the game will be in Early Access state from 12 to 18 months. This will be enough time to complete the development of the minimal set of gameplay features as planned. Of course, the actual state of things will depend on many factors that are difficult to predict.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「This feature lists will make clear how the game will differ during early access period and after the release of the full version.

Current early access features :
- Some melee and ranged weapons.
- Basic weapon attachments.
- 2 basic sets of equipment.
- Base building in wood and bricks.
- Basic crafting.
- Some POI, Buildings, Structures and tunnels are accessible.
- Basic missions.
- Basic NPC AI.

Planned full release features :
- Huge arsenal of melee and ranged weapons.
- More ammunition types.
- Grenades and Explosives for base raiding.
- Tons of game changing weapon attachments.
- Massive fleet of vehicles.
- Base building in stone, sheet metal and armored.
- Advanced crafting.
- All POI, Buildings, Structures and tunnels are accessible.
- Lots of missions.
- Advanced NPC AI.
- Most if not all structures will be climbable.
- Planting and farming.
- More advanced recoil.

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「At the moment the project is between pre-alpha and alpha development stages. In the current internal build the basic features - crafting, search for loot, realistic ballistics for small arms are implemented, and a significant part of the game world is already set up.

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「I plan to increase the price of the game slowly as I am getting closer to the release of the final version. In the early development stages, the price will be slightly lower, reflecting a kind of "thank you" to our community for participation and assistance in development process.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「As I mentioned above, I welcome any feedback, be it comments, ideas, feature requests or bug reports. To achieve that, I will use a maximum of possible communication channels with our players, from Steam discussion forums to social networks and even comments on videos at my official YouTube channel.

Everything that players say about my project has a significant value to me and I will constantly analyze the feedback during the development to make the final product to look the way the players want it to be.
