When the once-whole numen9 shattered, the oceans rose up to the sky and enveloped the world. The nine continents became separate floating land masses warmed by the now-exposed molten core of the world–“the inner sun.” Intense radiation has bleached the edges of these planetoids, creating radioactive wastelands where monsters lurk in the shadows of giant crystals, which is exactly where Rin D’Lorah has to venture in search of her father, a scientist who she hopes may have found the answer to solving the world’s hunger crisis before he mysteriously disappeared.

With 32 possible endings for players, your choices throughout this adventure shape both the character of Rin as well as the fate of numen9. Unique to this game, however, balance (not min-max) leads to the true ending. Outcomes in the game are tied to the player’s ability to reach thresholds in each of the five character stat categories — compassion, intelligence, courage, luck, and humor.

Achieving balance unlocks the game's true ending and leads to a special reward: For a limited time, players who attain the true ending will unlock the entire five-episode exclusive animated series set in the same world, right inside the game.

Rin D’Lorah’s father has been missing for months, and life with her overbearing grandpa is so bleached she can barely stand it. So, when a rebel named Nikki Extremis crashes a stolen cruiser into her agricultural research farm, Rin decides to team up with her and journey into the unknown where she meets a cast of characters unlike any you’ve ever seen before in a world unlike anything you’ve ever imagined.
