Signals of Outer Space aims to offer not only new mechanics and gaming experiences, but also to follow our cultural code in the media. The Soviet Union continues to exist, but not in the form that we could remember. The entourage of the Soviet era, where the technical and cultural heritage has been preserved, and with them the country has stepped far forward, not only preserving its powerful potential, but also multiplying it. The superpower has reached a new level and only it is able to withstand the threat that has come from distant planets.

Characters and the universe

The main characters are the rescuers of the S.O.S. unit. This is the squad that appears at the sites of spacecraft accidents and man-made disasters - the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the future. They are always ready for any situation, especially if the player correctly completes and assembles a squad for the next task. Our guys know that it is not necessary to “point a finger at unknown crap”, that the landing and evacuation must be prepared, that the rescue of hostages and victims is difficult and responsible. At the same time, rescuers are not serious, gloomy buggers, but cheerful, skeptical, experienced professionals. And they will enter the burning ship, and the black hole will be plugged.

Rescuers are engineers, firefighters, scientists, and doctors. bots and a little special forces. They are not super military and do not have plasma annihilators in their arsenal. The rescue team has engineering weapons with unusual application patterns: shoots around the corner, stops and freezes the enemy, cancels the effects, extinguishes fires, seals holes with cryo-gel, etc.

• Chief Engineer Garin is a troubleshooting expert, always carries a set of tools with him and is able to work with any mechanism.

• Zhivago Medic is a professional in saving lives, able to treat allies and use special gadgets to protect against an aggressive environment.

• The Union firefighter is a specialist in fires and explosions, may or may not extinguish) Deftly cuts with his axe everything that gets in his way.

Key features and mechanics

These will be short game sessions resembling a game of chess. The player will not have time to get bored, because one round will last around 10-12 minutes, which, due to their saturation, will fly even faster than it seems. The level will collapse, and rescuers will have a larger arsenal and gadgets in their luggage to prevent disaster.
