Miksi Early Access?

PLEASE NOTE: This game is very early in development and has a long way to go before it's complete.
Blood Trail currently contains 9 Raid mode levels , 5 wave shooter style arena levels and a sandbox style level where you can test out our gore system with helpless victims. An elaborate, story-driven single-player campaign will come with the full release. If you can't wait to start killing and you choose to buy during early access, you can help us shape the final game by giving us feedback through our Discord channel!

Early Access is a tool we will use to attain invaluable feedback from the community to shape Blood Trail into all it can be. There is no greater resource to creative team like ours than the word of the fans, which we will use to direct the course of the game as it matures.

Blood Trail is already a one-of-a-kind experience in VR, and there is much more to come. Releasing in Early Access will allow us to reach a much wider audience, to hone this vision, and to do it faster.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Blood Trail could be in Early Access for some time. We place quality above all else, and we won't rush anything at that expense. It would be reasonable to expect somewhere between 1 to 3 years. What we deliver within that time span can be strengthened by Early Access success!

Currently, Blood Trail boasts arcade-style shooter gameplay that offers a concentrated taste of action from the final game.

Current features:

Full-body gore system. Not for the faint-hearted. This will continue to be expanded upon.
Enhanced ragdoll physics offer unique death sequences with unparalleled realism.
Realistic gunplay. Visual, audial, and experiential fidelity make the shooting and reloading a visceral experience.
3 Game modes: Raid, Arena and Sandbox
Varied and aggressive enemy behaviors.
Procedural enemy visuals. No two faces are ever exactly alike.

The initial release of Early Access features a lower starting price point. It is possible that we will increase the price in the future as we increase the amount of content.

You are Wendigo. A hard-hearted contract killer motivated only by a paycheck. With a trusted arsenal at the ready, you are tasked with annihilating a fanatical cult.
Built from the ground up for VR using proprietary character physics and gore systems, Blood Trail offers an unprecedented shooting experience not for the faint of heart.
With realistic gun mechanics and damage effects, you will have no margin for error as you use your pistol, shotgun, rifle and fists to become the last man standing in this nightmarish and brutal scenario.
Did we mention that this game features the world's first virtual crack pipe?

Early Access to Blood Trail gives you several ways to satisfy your unhealthy, violent urges:

Raid -- battle across 9 huge handcrafted trails that end in semi-dynamic outposts full of people to murder.
Survival Mode -- stack the bodies high in 5 unique arena style maps where you will face an onslaught of enemies in a fast-paced shootout.
Sandbox -- The infamous, original "empty room" sandbox map, plus TWO NEW SANDBOX MAPS, now with both armed combatants and mannequins!

THERE'S A LONG TRAIL AHEAD!

The full release of Blood Trail will feature a story driven, single-player campaign with infiltration style missions as well as huge shootouts and quiet moments of terror. You will get to know Wendigo and the fanatical members of Neptune's Vow and encounter plenty of surprises along the way....
