“Korona:Nemesis utilizes Early Access to highlight the most important aspects while introducing and evaluating additional mechanics (items, power-ups, ultimate moves, ...) within the development stage. We are highly enthusiastic about integrating the community into the development and thus offering the game for free as long as it is in Early Access. We want to see an active fan base that experiences the very basic game until its final completion and accompany us on this wild ride.”

This might include the introduction of temporary/permanent upgrades/items, new maps, new environmental mechanics, balancing, redefining projectiles/elemental interactions, new skins, character perks, fancy AI etc. The initial early access version will also only consist of online multiplayer, where we will integrate local shared-screen multiplayer and singleplayer in later stages.”
