“Bubbly is built around systems that only really come alive with real player behavior, risk, pacing, combos and build variety.
Early Access let us see how people actually play, where runs feel good or fall apart, and how the extraction decisions land.

I want to shape the balance, progression, and overall feel with player feedback instead of locking everything in too early.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The plan is to stay in Early Access for around 1–4 months, depending on how the game evolves and how much iteration it needs.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to expand on what’s already there:

- New game modes
- More power-ups and stronger build variety
- More bubble types and interactions
- Additional locations and bosses
- Deeper progression and unlock systems
- More polish across visuals, sound, and UI

The goal is to make runs more varied and give players more meaningful choices over time.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable, integrated with steam features and already includes the core loop:

- Complete run structure with extraction checkpoints
- Power-up system with stacking effects
- Multiple bubble types and reward systems
- Boss encounter and run end
- Basic progression with upgrades and unlocks

You can play full runs from start to finish.
That said, the game is still being actively balanced and expanded.”

“No, it will be the same”

About This Game

Bubbly is a fast-paced roguelike extraction arcade game where every run is a gamble between greed and survival.

Endless waves of bubbles fill the arena while your crosshair automatically targets and pops them. Collect XP, coins, and rare resources to grow stronger, discover powerful synergies, and transform a simple run into complete chaos.

The longer you stay, the stronger your build becomes.

The stronger your build becomes, the more you have to lose.

Choose from over 50 unique powerups and upgrades that can completely transform a run.

Stack effects, discover synergies, and build devastating combinations capable of triggering endless chain reactions across the entire arena.

Turn a single bubble pop into:

As the arena fills with bubbles, runs become increasingly chaotic. Stronger builds can trigger large chain reactions and explosions that completely change the pace of a run.

Different upgrade combinations lead to different playstyles. Some builds focus on survivability and consistency, while others are built around high-risk scaling and massive score bursts.

Extraction checkpoints become more valuable the longer a run survives. Staying longer gives access to stronger upgrades and higher rewards, but also increases the chance of losing everything before extracting.
