Hello Everyone,

Just a small update this week to improve the area placing menu. It now has a little more information on what exactly the area does along with a few other tweaks.



Notes

- Area menu now shows 5 areas with arrow keys to scroll.
-Clarifies which areas need to be fully enclosed (surrounded by walls or an appropriate door)
-Area selection unlocks work with technology menu.
-Added long descriptions to areas.
-Work in progress areas are no longer selectable.
-Changed and updated the Early Access text tutorial (right sidebar) based on recent updates.
-Small graphic upgrades to area selection menu.

I have worked a lot on improving the game to make it more engaging. In the past month, the map has been changed, FPS improved, and completely new features have been added that have significantly changed the gameplay.   • Prop that explodes (light jumpscare?) not sure yet
  • Pistol reload for Hunter
  • Invite friends via Steam

Note: Some of these features might not be added in the near future, as I realize while adding them that they might actually ruin the gameplay.

Version v1.0 does not mean the game is leaving early access. It is still in beta because I believe it needs more time. I hope you understand!

This is another update to the demo version.
As always, the update was made not only based on personal tests, but also based on feedback and recommendations from players.
Thanks to all players for your feedback. Thanks to you, the game becomes even better!

Improvements and fixes:

1. The hitboxes of enemies, barrels and vases have been increased.
2. Fixed a bug when loot from hanging metal cages or barrels ended up in inaccessible places. Also now loot appears instantly when destroying enemies, barrels, etc.
3. Fixed a bug due to which items would sometimes appear as available for use if the requirements were not met, and vice versa.
4. Fixed a bug where the icon on the second occupied slot of an equipped two-handed weapon disappeared.
5. Fixed a bug due to which character attributes were calculated incorrectly.
6. Added display of requirements for unready skills in the skills window, and slightly reduced stat requirements for all skills.
7. Increased attack speed with large shields, but also reduced movement speed when used in the active slot.
8. For all characters, the knockback effect when receiving over-damage has been adjusted.
9. Improved item sorting system. Now the same parts of components and talismans in a bag or storage are folded when sorted or manually, rather than folded when picked up, as was the case before.
10. Improved skills - Circles. The radius for them has been increased and a bug where circles overlapped walls has been fixed.
11. The duration of the freeze and shock effect has been reduced for all characters.
12. Impact sounds and other sounds have been corrected.
13. The behavior of enemies has been adjusted. They no longer try to bypass the bodies of other fallen enemies. Enemy spawns have also been adjusted.
14. Improved appearance of the secret room.
15. Fixed a bug where the cursor would not respond for one second when the character was running after an object.
16. Fixed a bug with incorrect offset of slots and buttons in the altar at different screen resolutions.
17. Fixed a bug when parts of barrels and vases flew through walls.
18. Now you can add components to already equipped armor and weapons.

The video below shows some of the improvements and how the mechanics of stacking components and upgrading equipment with components now work.
