Reminds me of a more basic and tedious version of Humongous Entertainment games.

Controls can be painful and infuriating. This is a point n' click adventure aimed towards a VERY young audience. EX: Math problems such as 3+6.

I would recommend just buying something for the Putt Putt or Pajama Sam franchise if you were interested in a childish point n' click. The game lasts around 20-30 minutes and about 50-75% is just navigating from screen to screen and dealing with the terrible controls for the kayak.

You can just quit the minigames/puzzles and it lets you completely skip them.

"Great&safe fun and nice sceneries for young adventurers."

I bought this game so we could play this together with my 3 years old daughter and she was very excited about it. I knew it from the start that some of the puzzles would obviously be too complex for her but I didn't mind. It was clearly stated that the game is best suited for ages 4-8, but I thought we could still have fun with it. I thought this would be a perfect first game for her and besides playing the game, it would be a great opportunity to teach her how to move mouse cursor, where to click to make Teddy move etc.

The game itself is visually very pleasing and seemed to hold my daughter’s attention very well. The art style is great, game scales up nicely to 3440x1440 monitors (not even most recent games do that) and the sounds are spot on. Since we don’t speak English native, I had to do some translation for my daughter but that didn’t seem to matter. I can't really judge the story from adult's perspective but I could tell she was enjoying it and ready to bombard me with questions whenever something happened. One big plus here is that there's no violence in game, no pushing, poking, banging or hitting.

All in all, game is simple and easy enough for children to understand, though some of the puzzles might require adults help. The puzzles/minigames can be played again in the main menu after you have completed the story once. Some of them were really fun in my daughter’s opinion and we played most of the puzzles through at least 1-2 times.

Steam says I've played this almost 6 hours but the actual play time (not card idling) is only 1.5 hours, which we played in 3 shorter sessions.

Safe fun in a form of point & click game for the younger gamers.

Before I begin let me tell you how much of an AVID gamer I am. I wake in the morning with my mouse and keyboard in hand. I dream about games and buy all the latest titles on the release day.
I remember waiting outside my local poundstretcher for the midnight release of Nintendogs:Chihuahua Edition and let me tell you, the excitement I felt on that cold November night doesn't even come close to the euphoria I experienced playing this masterpiece. I honestly think God is a better title than developer when it comes to Teddy Floppy Ear - Kayaking. 3 years ago when this piece of history was first announced, the TFE:K club was set up by myself and several members of the gaming elite from around the world. It's been hundreds, if not thousands of days since TFE:K's inception and we've still not ran out of great new things this game has going for it.
STORY: I'd almost jump at the chance to give this a perfect 10/10, but there was a distinct lack of romance scenes and QTEs, so it's gotta be just a 9/10. This issue has thankfully been fixed in later titles in the TFE series.
CHARACTERS: Another 9/10. What would have been a flawless cast and voice actor lineup is let down by the lack of Latvian voice actors for diversity. Once again this is fixed in later titles.
GRAPHICS: 2 words- PER FECT! The masterful art stylings from in house animation teams have led to a game that is discernable from reality. It's only fair to give this section a 10/10.
As a side note, the Teddy Dakimakura that comes bundled in a printable pdf is a wonderful addition. Just make sure your printer can handle the 4K, no, 8K Teddy textures this game puts out for maximum immersion.
In short, GET THIS GAME. It has changed my life for the better, and made me an enlightened individual.

Teddy Floppy Ear - Kayaking is a cute game for the whole family. Intended for kids, i found it rather enjoyable too with the graphics and the funny dialogs. I work as a kindergarten teacher, and i could see this game at the pre-school.

The Story
Teddy is going on a picnic with his friend Piglet. Piglet is grabbing his bike and Teddy (the player) grabs a kayak.
While on the river Teddy notices that some things are wrong, and tries to help.

Pros
- Nice graphics and funny dialogues.
- Memorable and cute characters.
- Funny minigames that suits children from about 3 years and up. (Some puzzles might be tough for small children).

Cons
- I noticed some small glitches in dialogues, but its nothing big.
- Rather short adventure, aprox 1.5 hours of clear time. (But could be a good thing though for children)

Conclusion
A rather enjoyable little adventure even for me as adult. I can definately recommend this for folks with children.
I think they will enjoy this game.

Went kayaking without a life vest - Skyrim on water. 10/10

A fun game for kiddies - my 2yo loved the first scene with Teddy and Piggie. A must if you have little children and want to "play" with them.

Although the game is kind of short (about an hour of game play), it is simply adorable (coming from a 19 years old). Playing this game takes me back to my childhood, when my parents read me good night stories about bears and the living in the forest. A kids game? Sure. Does that mean you won't like it regardless your age? Heck no (unless you hate bears and other animals living in the farm and forest [if that's the case, then gtfo]). The mini games are alright.

Got banned on CS GO? You should defenetly play this (not that it has happened to me xD). Get your mind away from those afk players, auto snipers, and "Kobe" kills. This game is way better and relaxing than anything else; better than Dota, better than Sakura Spirit/Angels, Nekopara, or any of those visual novels featuring cat girls with huge unrealistic breast seriously, get a real woman, better than porn/hentai, better than getting that f*cking knife from the recent case in CS GO!

Long live Teddy Floppy Ear!

I have started playing this game while my two-year old watches and we talk about the game and what we see. The graphics/gameplay are perfect for that. The graphics are colorful and my son loved them.

The gameplay was far too complicated for a two-year old so I skipped through some puzzles. (takes a couple minutes for an adult).

There is a donkey hiding in a bush. If you click on him he makes a "fart" noise. My two-year old thought this was hilarious and was his favorite part of the game.

There is a bit too much dialogue at some parts for very young children. After the math puzzle Teddy Floppy Ear just goest on and on about something with the Catfish.

This game has nice background art and some fun voice acting. It took me 70 minutes to complete so it's good value for money. The puzzles were fine, nothing too taxing as it is aimed at younger players.

Also I think Mr Catfish may represent the horrors of totalitarianism but this is open to interpretation.
