As a sidescrolling shmup you're gonna see a lot of bullets but it's ok, your ship has tons of hp so being hit isn't instant death.
That's right you can get hit, and it's not that big a deal--as long as it isn't another ship ramming into you, if that happens you die in a frustrating instant.
As you progress you upgrade and swap your ship--you start rockin a little harder with each level. There's always more things to kill than your ship can fire at and to make things worse you end up juggling weapon cooldown. Lame.
The difficulty in this game stems from brief sections where the game floods you with tons of ships and bullets at the same time. You want to dodge the bullets but the only direction you can fly is into another ship, which will kill you faster than the bullets.
Oh and one more thing. There's a delay in pressing any directional button, frustrating imprecision I'd expect from an ice level in a shoddy platformer, not the super precise power genre of shmup games. Fix it or I'm calling a lawyer.
