Why Early Access?

“Bring the Chickens Home invites the community to become involved in making this game EGGCELLENT! I have been working on this solo game development project for a couple years. During development I have continued to evolved the game based on player feedback from family and friends. It has reached a stage where it's all about adding a bunch of purposely random content in for a tone more fun. I need your help to share your random ideas for additional content to be added for endless replayability of fun.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Probably around 3 to 6 months, but depending on development progress and community feedback, I may consider extending the Early Access period, or release the game at an earlier date instead.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version we plan to feature a variety of different power-ups to be used and have various enemy types to keep it engaging and fun.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game offers players a fully playable experience with several hours of fun. There are power-ups you can use, and some core enemy types to challenge you. All of which is featured in the 'About This Game' section of the store page.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Anticipate to see that the price will be increased respectfully in proportioned to the content that gets added to the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I welcome you to provide feedback via Steam discussion page or join the official Discord server. Feel free to post screenshots, report bugs, tell me your exciting idea for a new power up, or discuss why you like or dislike something about the game.”
