The game is a single-player combat Isaac-like in which you play the role of a doctor who chooses various medical records to treat, and then controls various human immune guards, equipped with a variety of core weapons to enter various areas of the human body to fight against a variety of pathogens. Along the way, the player gains a variety of abilities to improve or enhance their stats by leveling up or unlocking items to kill germs. Each core weapon comes with its own core burst skill, which can be used to strengthen the core weapon or unleash the final skill. Finally, complete the target medical treatment by eliminating enemy soldiers and enemy bosses.
