Week of battles, challenges and competitions in Prime World!

Dear nobles! The Great Race, Examination and Turmoil Arranger has arrived in Praia. He’s called that for a reason, for where he appears… Well, we’ll now tell you what happens, where the GREaT Arranger makes an appearance.

Contests
All the happening need not be only for heroes. As a pastime for Lords and Ladies, we suggest they tune into their social nets – at the end of the week we will see, how much attention you paid to the events around the arrival of the GREaT Arranger in your castle.
Offers
The arrival of the GREaT Arranger has been noted by the Old Gods themselves! The Gods love sanguine entertainment, so the Talent Gardens / Forges produce 3 talents per crystal spent and the chance to produce purple and orange talents is doubled for the duration of the event! Apart from that, heroes receive twice the experience for battles!

For precise timeframes see the Current Offers, Discounts and Bonuses page.
Quests
The GREaT Arranger is almost there and your heroes are busy with final preparations. And do they have something to prepare for! The quests this week will be separated into three independent chains, starting on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday respectively. Try to complete the final quest chain to receive a unique reward!

Prove that you’re worthy of the first place in the Great Race!

Prime World Patch 10.3 Preview

Dear nobles! Patch 10.3 is around the corner and we are going to uncover some of the upcoming changes. Let’s start with the most interesting!

Influence of Power in Matchmaking

We have received a lot of feedback and ideas from you, on how to change matchmaking so as to take Power into account when searching for battle. We have carefully considered all your suggestions and eventually decided to implement the following changes.

With version 10.3, matchmaking will search characters in such a way that the average Power of each team is at approximately the same level. The new condition does not abolish battle search by rank, but complements it. It will be applied only in Borderlands and only for ranks where the Power difference would reach critical amounts, thus heavily affecting gameplay – i.e. all ranks up to and including Captain.
Improving Soldier behavior in battle

Earlier it would sometimes occur that soldier aggression was incorrectly distributed among enemies nearby. Thus sometimes soldiers would not react to auto-attacks on an allied hero, yet quickly react to damage from talents. These aspects were reworked and soldier behavior in battle became more clear and straightforward. I.e.: soldiers only react to auto-attacks against an allied character. Attack talents and spells will not affect their aggression. This seemingly small change should cardinally change early game experience for many heroes.

This is but a small part of what awaits you in Patch 10.3. We will soon tell you more about the upcoming changes. Stay tuned!

Always Your
Prime World Team

I really wanted to like this game -- the characters are fascinating, and it does have good gameplay. But this is one of the most cynical MOBAs out there. Take League of Legends, and cross it with some of the more obnoxious Facebook games. Energy mechanics to play specific characters (although you can spend in-game cash to reset them), Farmville mechanics to gather resources necessary to get boosts.

Rather than League's runes, masteries, and normal 'Q/W/E/R' levelling, you set up 36 possible levels in their own Rune system -- but those runes have Gacha style randomness, different levels of rarity / effectiveness, and you can combine runes together to level them up to level 5. These set up the level up bonuses that you get in match -- and their strength also contributes to the normal level up bonuses you get.

At all steps you're given incentives to pay money -- money can get you double XP towards your characters to increase their stats in a small way, double your rune drops, turn off the green (common, and incredibly weak) drops entirely, and many other things. While this game is ostensibly free to play...it's incredibly pay to win, as well. A person who spends money can buy some legendary runes to start off with that are a good headstart, buy the ability to pick up runes more easily, and buy the ability to get their resources faster to level things up.

The gameplay is fun...but I can't continue to play it with just how horrible the metagame is. Add to this the fact that the game is mostly popular in Russia and other Asian countries, with no regional servers--so you will almost always be matched with 3 or 4 players that do not speak your language, and it's just not for me anymore.

Was a fun game until everything in North America showed up in Russian after april 2nd. Can't tell if its an improvement or indication that the servers gave up trying to find a player base of anyone other then Russians.

Company seems confused, Play Dota or League, or Infinite crisis , Heck Heroes of the Storm. Just dont expect much with this game. They took half of everyones buildings away, gave everyone and Empty castle, and the most recent champion was Mr Freeze. ( Carbon Copy look alike from Arnolds Batman Mr Freeze )

Had a few fun games thats it.

One day I was tired of Dota and decided to play this.. thing. It is a horrible ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ son of Dota, LoL and Farmville. It could work out, if the developers decided to make something good and playable and interesting. Who would like to have his own castle? But developers weren't interested in making a game - they want to make cash, as much and as soon as possible. So, you either spend months to get needed items, to build your castle, to buy new heroes, to get needed items... or you can spend a buck or two (or few hundreds). The game always reminds you of thiss possibility. "looks like you are building a house to store your items.. spend some cash and you won't have to wait 5 hours to finish it".

I have played Prime World since its infancy on west - the game offers lot of customization through talent system which is great this is probablies the best part of the game and worst part of the game same time, why? Because it makes you grind so much for good talents and you have to get them for all characters your about to play, this leads to huge player level caps in que system.

When you have very big difference is in skill cap terms of talents, you need bigger pool of players for the game, because otherwise you end up playing very unbalanced matches all the time = this is what the game is now.

Also i have to say that the graphics are decent, but not best par with current MOBA competition, there is little to no customization when it comes to graphical setings, no anti-alias and colorblind modes are present.

Castle building can be fun for while, it is certainly thing to hate or love, it lets you actually do something while you in que for the game which is super nice. I have to say hero designs are really bland and they make hardly any effort to be unique or very interesting to play (Invoker, Mina, Lee Sin and Orianna).

I think the game had potential, but i think talent system limits balanced matches, games high skin prices are also to be taken consideration when choosing a moba as well. I have to give it thumbs down, since you can't give neutral between thumbs up :/
