About This Game

Ok, cadet. This is it. All your training has brought you to this point - you are here for one reason only: to be the best.

Strike Suit Infinity is a frantic high score chaser where your skill is the only thing that matters. Whatever combat experience you have had so far is considered irrelevant. There is no end to the enemies you will face. There is no winning. There is only the fight for survival.

Take to the cockpit of one of three Strike Suits, engaging waves of enemies, building your multiplier and putting as many points on the board as possible. You’ll need to use your head, though. In between rounds, use credits to purchase upgrades and reinforcements, maximizing your potential in the next round. The longer you can stay alive, the bigger your score, and the higher up the leaderboard you’ll find yourself.

Engage intelligent enemy fighters and take on colossal capital ships, exploiting weak points in their super-structure to blow them apart piece by piece. Upgrade your Strike Suit and customize your weapon load-outs to tailor combat to your tastes. Take advantage of three very different Strike Suits to experience dogfighting action as you’ve never seen it before.

Key Features

  • Fast, frantic space combat: freely engage multiple enemies, dogfight other pilots and fight massive fleet battles.
  • The Strike Suit: strategically switch from Pursuit Mode (speed and power) to Strike Mode (a powerful, highly maneuverable combat mode).
  • It’s all about your score – build your multiplier, take down waves of enemy as fast as you can, and race to the top of the leaderboard.
  • Manage your strategy – use credits in between rounds to purchase upgrades and reinforcements for the next round.
  • Capital Ship Destruction: take capital ships apart piece by piece – take out their turrets and target weak-points to blow out entire sections of their superstructure.
  • Ship Designs from renowned Mechanical Design engineer Junji Okubo (Appleseed: Ex Machina, Steel Battalion).
  • Music from award-winning sound designer Paul Ruskay (Homeworld) including a collaboration with Japanese singer/songwriter Kokia (Tales of Innocence, Gunslinger Girl: II Teatrino) and Subsource.
  • Joystick compatible: as well as being fully optimized for mouse and keyboard, and gamepads, Strike Suit Infinity is compatible with a range of joysticks for full immersion.
  • Vicious new enemy types

Starting off this game I felt a surge of awesomeness just having the ability to control an insanely cool mech in space! I am a huge fun of the Gundam anime series and really any other mech anime such as Neon Genesis Evangelion. Whilst controlling the mech of my dreams equipped with an array of numerous powerful weapons I could easily wipe out waves and waves of eniemies and still manage to recieve a challenge in the progress. This game definitely gets my seal of approval and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, challenging sci-fi mech shooter in space for a considerably small price.

Strike Suit Inifinty is the Arcade version of Strike Suit Zero. It has a bunch of missions, ships upgrades to get, weapon systems to upgrade and a lot of fun gameplay. You start off with the Strike Suit and unlike another later on with a bit of gameplay.

What makes the game is the game play. There are smaller ships and larger ships that take all your fire power to kill. All the while you are watching for incomming missles, enemy fighters, torpedos, mines and all sorts of danger. That's why you need to transform, do more damage faster and take out the big ships before it gets messy. You get to choose who else gets to fight with you and your load out each mission. There's no online play and the scoreboards are kind of crazy in terms of high score but the gameplay alone is super fun.

My score would be 8/10. Totally worth playing for the price. I've spent near 5 hours and I need to unlock more to play farther. I've only made it halfway through and hoping to beat it in 15-20 hours. I feel like spending those 15/20 hours simply based on gameplay since there is no story. It does gameplay fantastically.

Closest thing to Macross you'll get on steam.

Heres another fantasic arcade style space combat game full of engine trails and AI supporting fire. This game is fairly challenging buts its a fun challenge. There really isnt much to say about this stand alone game. Your put against waves of enemys and you have to beat them all.

Few things I do love about this version is that you can have a fleet join in and help you. I have screenshots of how big the fleet can be. Also Large ships that are destroyed break apart and leave massive Deralects.

I have used Cheat engine on this game to give me god mode just to watch the AI combat each other in massive space battles.

I give this game a 8/10

This is definitely the must-have companion to the Strike Suit Zero: for those who has already beaten the original this is a nice way to both remember the old flashy landscapes in a new manner and to hard-test the acquired dogfighting skills, where for those who has yet to touch the core this title will give an opportunity to obtain a full-scaled shooting mastery on the straight way to the leaderboards.

- That's the old Zero, pal! The same one, but a hundred times more agressive!
- The new opportunity to kick the old hated mothership's shiny metal bucket!
- A perfect training ground for the original, if you are new to the title.

- Music is very well the same, where it'd be a place for more or even new scores.
- You can't live that long to get a top on a leaderboard.
- And you still can't shoot the moon down.

English Review
It was enough for me to see a universe, spaceships and space fights and I didn't hesitate to buy this game by discount coupon.
Galactic combats and accomplishing of missions is my thing. I love games of this kind. Either on cell phone, personal computer or notebook.
I didn't actually know what it was going to be about, but I was excited.
Accomplishing of tasks consists of rounds, where round means a wave. After killing your enemies from the first wave, another ones will come. If you succeed in everything, you're promoted to another level. Meanwhile you can enhance your boat, gain points or score, or in fights – for your gained credit – you can fly in round with your introducing parade.
And not to forget – there is a chance of using weapons and chaning of boat to a „robot“, makes this game even more interesting and high-rated.
Let's kill the enemies!

Slovak Review
Stačilo mi vidieť vesmír, vesmírne lode, a vesmírne boje a neváhal som si túto hru kúpiť cez zľavnený kupón.
Ak uspeje vo všem, prešli ste a postupujete o lvl vyššie. Popri tom si môžte vylepšovať svoju bojovú loď, nahrávať body či skóre alebo v bitkách za nahraný credit si so sebou do kôl lietať s uvítacim sprievodom.
A aby som nezabudol ... Možnosť používania zbraní a menenia lode na ''robota'', robí touto hrou zaujímavšou a kvalitnejšou.
Vzhúru do kokpitu a zabíjať enemy.

Seriously some of the best space combat I've had in a while. Really makes me wish I had a joystick, but you get used to the mouse and keyboard controls pretty quickly. HUD is great and unobtrusive, flight is not outstanding but far from clunky, sound design is fantastic. Gigantic thumbs up for the great cockpit view. The game looks really beautiful, even on lowest graphics settings.

The only problems I have with the game are that capital ships have wayyyy too much health, and weapon/ship customisation isn't as varied as I'd prefer. Don't get me wrong, the weapons and ships in game do just fine. I just wish I could get some Armoured Core-style customisation going--that would REALLY take the game to the next level.

9/10 would definitely recommend if you like space and shooting stuff.

Amazing pure combat version of Strike Suit. In later levels fights quickly turn into fleet battles.
Worth buying for the crazy combat intensity. No story here, just combat and fighting more colonials than before :D

I cannot understand all the positive reviews of this game. It has nothing to do with space combat.

While in the fighter mode, the shots do almost zero damage, you basically just collect energy to change to the mech and oneshot everything with built in auto aim. If you expect real space combat like seen in the old privateer series or something similar you are wrong. In strike suit infinity all you get is a massive overload of special effects flying left and right.

The game even lacks the very basics, for example: there is no radar, you can barely see what is going on, how many enemies there are, where there are etc. There are other major flaws in the controls, as even though you auto aim at locked targets you will miss everything that is not locked no matter where you shoot. This forces you to cycle through endless amounts of targets before you ever get to the one you want to shoot.

So in the end, this is not a space combat game.. the only fight that requires skill is the fight against the annoying controls.
