One of my most cherished childhood games. This might've been my favorite game on the Dreamcast, next to Sonic Adventure 2. Great soundtrack, crazy characters, and fun gameplay. Nothing like opening a game up and hearing the awesome announcer blurt out, JET SET RADIOOO!~

This game is harder than Dark Souls. Or I'm just an idiot.

I just recently played this game for the first time to 100%. It's been one of the most enjoyable games I've played in a while.

The goal of the game is to tag the biggest marks before the police arrive and escalate in force, and to tag all marks in a timely manner - unless you're hanging around doing sick tricks like Otto Rocket to top that leaderboard. Levels are divided into sections, but most sections double back on one another, preventing tedium and allowing you to scope out your marks before tagging. Don't be alarmed by how sluggish the controls feel, squid. They're given such qualities on purpose, and once the controls are understood, they are completely congruous to the level design. You'll be tricking off of everything. It will be so great.

Like NiGHTs or Crazy Taxi, there's always room to play better and improve your score, making the game addictive and arcade-like. Unlike NiGHTs or Crazy Taxi, this is the only one I can stand playing for so long.

The problems with this game are the sometimes-spotty collision detection, the camera (you're given some control but it is never really perfect), and the rival fights.

I'm writing a positive review, so SEGA will smile and make Jet Set Radio Future PC port for me.
