為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「After showing my game's early progress to friends and family I (the Developer) realised how many different ideas and people were out there that could and wanted to help make Super Gosu Cars become a real and proper game! Going Early Access at this point in development (2022-09-23) will let players see what they can expect of the finished game as well as have an influence on content and features both upcoming and existing.」

Currently planned features

Minimum one additional game mode, such as (but not necessarily) battle mode, last man standing, etc. - ongoing!
Splitscreen multiplayer for up to 4 players in local multiplayer. - done!
Additional unlockable in-game assets (primarily vehicles and characters). - ongoing!
Steam integration (achievements, etc). - ongoing!

What do you want to see in the game?

Any specific game modes you would love to see?
Any additional item that just has to be added to the arsenal and up the mayhem?
Any specific vehicle you've always wanted to drive but never had the chance? Here it is! Your chance!

Any specific driver you feel is needed for you to connect with the game, or maybe one already in place that just doesn't feel right? Speak up!

Please bear in mind however that as a solo developer there is only so much that can be feasibly added to the game. Which is exactly why the voice of the community is so very extra important and helpful to decide on the best actions to take! Together we will make Super Gosu Cars an enjoyable game for everyone!」

「Core gameplay elements, mechanics and art direction are in place. The game is fully playable in the three already existing game modes (Grand Prix, Time Trial and Custom Tournament) and supports up to 8 players in local multiplayer. There are however still more features and content to be added before the game is complete. Doing this in collaboration with the community will ensure that Super Gosu Cars will have something for everyone!

The current state of the game in numbers:

3 game modes (Grand Prix, Time Trial, Custom Tournament).
3 grand prix cups (out of which 1 is unlocked by default).
12 race tracks (out of which 4 are unlocked by default).
14 vehicles (out of which 8 are unlocked by default).
15 drivers (out of which 8 are unlocked by default).
10 different types and variations of items.
10 different types and variations of items.
5 different types of mutators.
Mirror Mode.

「Yes! As a thank you for helping out the early access version is indeed cheaper than what the release version will be!

Super Gosu Cars is an arcade style kart racing game for up to 8 local players! Choose your vehicle and driver, put the pedal to the metal, get your drifting skills in gear and make use of powerful items to devastate the competition and claw your way to victory!
