About This Game

Synonym is an atmospheric puzzle game with mechanics inspired by mimicry.

Manipulate blocks that will copy your position, height and rotation. Levels are designed to offer unique solutions and avoid redundancy. Therefore, the 16 unique levels will quickly escalate in difficulty to requiring very delicate solutions.

Synonym is the right game for you if you enjoy Sokoban-style puzzle games with interesting twists.

Additional Notes: Of the ~30 playtesters, only a ~2012 Macbook Air had framerate issues. That was before turning off shadows and further optimizations.

* Starting January 1st, 2024, the Steam Client will only support Windows 10 and later versions.
