This summer is certain to be an unforgettable one! Join in several events throughout the next few months with fun for all Milletians. Whether you're participating in activities with friends and guildmates, trying a new look, or simply becoming stronger, there's an event for everyone!

Summer Festival Events
  • Log in anytime during the Summer Festival to participate in the various events planned over the next several months!
  • A dedicated Event Icon will appear in your Event Tab, allowing visibility of all active and upcoming events during the Summer Festival!
  • Click to open the Summer Festival UI, showcasing all the events taking place this summer!
    • Each event will display its dates, summary, relevant quests, and the main rewards related to that event!
    • Certain events will have extra features such as:
      • Event Icon - allows you to show or hide the shortcut icon, located on your Event Tab.
      • Details - will provide some extra information for the event, such as attendance UI.
      • To NPC - allows you to teleport directly to the corresponding NPC of the event.
      • Link - opens the in-game browser window to the web post of the event, providing additional information about the event.

Luis's Pinata Prep Event

Luis is looking to bring a little extra cheer, but his colored paper blew away. They've formed into giant piñatas just outside of Dunbarton. In celebration of Milletians, several NPCs have each penned a letter, expressing thanks and gratitude... and a daily buff! It's all packaged in a neat 'Nao-box' alongside LOTS of goodies! Be sure to open it on a character you treasure most.

Event Details
Event Dates: Wednesday, June 4th, After Maintenance ~ Thursday, September 11th, Before Maintenance
  • Upon logging in, you'll receive the Nao-shaped item-box called Package to a Milletian.
    • You'll be prompted to select a Main Character when opening the package.
      • While every character on the account will receive the package, only the Main Character will receive all the items in the package, with the exception of "Letters of Gratitude".
    • It is recommended to make room in your inventory before opening.
  • Opening this package will provide you with the following items:
    • Letters of Gratitude
      • A bundle of letters from your favorite Tuatha De Dannan and Fomors.
      • Once per day, reading any of the letters from the Letters of Gratitude will grant the character with the "Refreshed" effect. (Resets Daily at 7:00 AM Server Time)
        • Refreshed Effect Stats:
          • Max Damage +30
          • Strength / Intelligence / Dexterity / Will / Luck +20
          • Max HP / MP / Stamina +100
          • Critical +5%
          • Defense / Magic Defense +5
          • Protection / Magic Protection +5
    • 2nd Title Coupon
      • Always Together  OR Friendship Rekindled
        • Milletians who have been away from Erinn for a while will receive "Friendship Rekindled".
      • Equipping the title will provide a unique effect above the character's head.

Guild Renewal
Guilds have been a cornerstone of Erinn since Mabinogi first released! While the strengths and bonds between Guild Members is unique for each guild, the system to help foster those bonds had been severely neglected. We hope that this massive renewal of the Guild System will continue fostering new bonds between Guildmates that cannot be found anywhere else.
  • A new Guild Home UI has been created and added to the game to house most guild-related things.
    • A new Guild Menu button has been added to the bottom of the screen to open the Guild Home.
    • The Guild Home and Guild List buttons at the bottom of the friends messenger window have been removed.
    • All Guild Stones will be removed with the update.
  • The following features have been added to the Guild Home UI:
    • Guild Search
      • You will be able to search by Guild Name and/or Guild Master.
      • Tag Filtering is now possible to find the guild that suits your playstyle best.
    • Guild Recommendation
      • When not in a guild, opening the Guild Menu will open the “Recommended Guilds” tab.
      • Guilds that have a healthy activity record will have priority in the displayed list.
    • Guild Member Play Rankings
      • Guild Members will be able to compete against other members of their guild to be displayed on a Leaderboard for certain activities.
    • Guild Portrait
      • Guild Portraits allow Guild Members to be displayed on the Guild Home screen.
      • Spend Guild Points or Gold to unlock new locations, the number of members that can be displayed, and more.
    • Guild Guide
  • A new NPC, Siobhan, has been added to take over the duties of Eavan and Sinead.
    • Talk to Siobhan outside the Guild Hall to start the first quest.
    • Siobhan is normally located inside the Guild Hall.
    • Three (3) new Guide Quests titled [Guild] A Guild-ed Opportunity have been added to introduce the changes to the Guild System.
      • Talk to Siobhan outside the Guild Hall to start the 1st quest.
    • After completing A Guild-ed Opportunity (1), Siobhan will open the Guild Shop for Guild Members, and be in charge of handling changes made to the Guild Banner, Guild Robe, and when available, Guild Title.
  • Guild Leveling and perks have been added.
    • Guilds can now level up, earning perks with each level.
    • The types of Perks a guild has unlocked or yet to unlock can be viewed through the “Perks” tab in the Guild Menu.
    • Leveling will require a set amount of Guild Points (GP) and Guild Gold (GG), contributed by members of the guild.
    • Members can still donate GP if the guild is at the cap to earn Guild Coins, but the GP will not be credited to the guild.
      • All Guild Points prior to the update will be reset.
      • The maximum amount of GP a Guild Member can now hold is 2,000.
      • The maximum amount of GP a guild can now have is equal to the amount required for leveling up.
        • Members can still donate GP if the guild is at the cap to earn Guild Coins, but the GP will not be credited to the guild.
    • Donations of GP will reward the donor with Guild Coins.
    • Guild Coins are a new currency, allowing Guild Members to purchase items from the new Guild Shop through the Guild Assistant Siobhan.
  • Guild Missions have been added.
    • Two different types of Guild Missions have been added:
      • Guild Field Missions - band with your Guildmates to defeat a Field Boss and earn GP.
      • Guild Life Mission - deliver materials per the NPC's request to earn GP based on your score.
    • Each Guild Member can earn GP from both Field and Life Missions up to 3 times per week.
  • A Guild Shop has been added.
    • The new Guild Shop is available for all Guild Members starting at Guild Level 1 through Siobhan in the Guild Hall.
    • The Guild Shop only accepts Guild Coin (GC) and all items are subject to a weekly purchase limit per character.
    • A guild can level up the shop by reaching Guild Level to access the “Guild Shop Level 2” tab containing more powerful items.
  • Guilds can now create Guild Banners.
    • The ability to create Guild Banners is unlocked when a guild reaches Level 6.
    • Creation of a Guild Banner will cost the guild 25,000 Guild Points and 10,000,000 Gold.
    • Guild Banners can be crafted through Siobhan in the Guild Hall.
    • A Guild Banner will apply the same emblem, embroidery, and border used in the Guild Robe.
    • Guild Banners can only be wielded by the Guild Master.
    • Guild Banners can be planted when a guild Reaches Level 9.
      • Planting a banner will create an interactable banner, and will remain for 10 minutes or until the Guild Master leaves the map.
  • Additional Guild Changes:
    • All web functionality of guilds has been removed.
      • The "Guilds" tab will be removed from the Mabinogi Website.
    • Member requirement for creating a guild has been reduced from 5 players to 2.
    • The Guild Hall is now available immediately upon creation of a guild.
    • Guild Leaders can now assign up to 3 Guild Officers.
    • Functionality of duties between Guild Leader, Guild Officers, and Members/Senior Members has been updated.
    • Guild Leaders can now withdraw up to 100 million gold per day from the Guild Treasury.
    • The requirements of disbanding a guild have been updated to require only the Guild Leader to remain in the guild.
    • The cooldown time for leaving and joining another guild has been reduced from 1 week to 24 hours after joining the previous guild.
    • An “Immediate Join” option has been added, allowing players to instantly join a guild without waiting for approval, if the guild allows it.
    • Guild Quests sold by Eavan have been removed.
    • The method for obtaining Guild Points have changed:
      • Before: 1 GP per 10 minutes; 5 GP per level up.
      • After: 1 GP per minute; available through Guild Missions.
    • The Guild Points requirement for the Guardian Guild Tournaments has been reduced from 15,000 GP to 1,000 GP.

Tutorial Improvements
Arcana Achievement Missions
  • Arcana Achievement Missions have been added for Milletians that have yet to acquire an Arcana on any character of their account.
    • Accounts that have an Arcana unlocked on any of their characters are not eligible for this questline.
    • Only one character can progress through the questline.
  • Upon completing the Third Memoir of Blannid’s Brave Boost questline, you’ll receive a Guide Quest to talk to Eavan in Dunbarton to register for the questline.
  • You can confirm the progress of the questline by going to Guides → Arcana Achievement Mission in your bottom menu bar.
    • Alternatively, you can select “View Arcana Achievement Mission” by opening your Quest Log.
  • The Arcana Achievement Mission UI will provide you with information on what your next Cumulative Point Rewards are, what the next step in your current quest is, and additional details for better understanding.
    • Only one quest is given each real life day (17 quests in total)
    • The next quest after completing one will be delivered at 7:00 AM Server Time the next day.
    • When completing objectives, you will receive Arcana Achievement Mission Points as a reward.
    • Upon accumulating enough Arcana Achievement Mission Points, you’ll receive the current Cumulative Point Rewards listed.
Tutorial Improvements ft. Blaanid
The introductory tutorial quests have been improved.
  • The quests [Tutorial] Battle in Erinn, [Tutorial] Basics of Battle, and [Tutorial] To The Outside World have been removed.
    • Milletians that were actively on the quests can proceed naturally.
    • The removed quest rewards can be obtained from previous quests.
  • When creating a new character, some guidance messages have been added to the upper right corner of the screen.
  • When entering the Soul Stream in certain situations, the following UI will now be hidden:
    • Skill slots
    • Chat
    • Notifications
    • Event windows
  • Some of the specifications of the tutorial zone have been changed.
    • Some chats and notifications in the UI will be hidden in the tutorial zone.
  • Some of Nao’s dialogue has been adjusted to account for the various tutorial changes.
  • [Tutorial] Item Equipping and Usage will no longer provide Lorna's Stadium Horn.
  • After completing the revamped Tutorial, Milletians will receive the books “Traveler’s Guide Life Edition” and “Traveler’s Guide Combat Edition”.
    • These books can also be purchased from Aeira in Dunbarton.
  • Some of the contents of the "Traveler's Guide" book when creating a new character has been changed to improve readability.
  • "Practical Course - Talent Experience" has been added to the courses that can be ordered on the Beginner's Combat Course bulletin board.
    • By taking this course, you can experience various talent skills.
  • When a beginner rebirths, they can obtain the beginner title of the Talent they selected, and the beginner title will not be removed.
    • In addition, some of the title descriptions have been changed due to the specification change.
Blannid’s Memory Book
The introductory quests have been improved.
  • The tutorial quest [Tutorial] Rebirth and Talent has been removed.
    • As a result, a Milletian's first guided Rebirth will be led by Blaanid.
    • Milletians that were actively on the quests can proceed naturally.
  • The Chain Slash questline has been removed from Blaanid’s Memoir quests.
  • Throughout Blaanid’s quests, various visual glowing indicators have been placed at objectives to help Milletians find their way.
  • When Blaanid’s Memory Book is in progress, a button will appear at the bottom of the quest window.
  • If you have not purchased any items upon Rebirthing, the purchase confirmation pop-up window will not appear.

Other Fantasy Life Changes
  • The Auto-Pathing function has been improved.
    • Teleport fees are waived if your cumulative level is below 10,000 or if you have an active Basic VIP Membership.
    • If you are on the same continent and not in a restricted area, you also have the option to Go on Foot without spending any Gold.
    • When viewing Quest Info, you can now teleport to the nearest Moon Gate.
  • Stack Sizes for certain items have been increased.
    • We know that carrying several of the same item can be cumbersome, so we’ve now made the following items stackable and/or had their stack limits increased to 100!

Commerce Alban Heruin Season 1
  • Seasonal Commerce Alban Heruin Season 1 will begin at 7:00 AM PDT on July 3rd 2025 and run until November 6th, 2025 7:00 AM PST.
    • [Claim Previous Seasonal Ranking Rewards] and [View Previous Seasonal Ranking] buttons will be deactivated during the reset time, and re-activated when you open commerce UI after the previous season's ranking is compiled.
    • Alban Heruin Season 1 will conclude on November 6th, 2025 7:00 AM PST.
    • Viewing the season rankings and claiming previous season’s rewards will be disabled for 30 minutes after the season is changed to ensure that the ranking compilation can be completed before rankings and rewards are distributed.
  • Purchase limits within Trade Merchant’s shops and Sayiv’s shop will be reset.
  • The following items have been added to the Erinn Merchants' Guild Souvenir Box.

Bug Fixes
A few fixes in this auspicious update, with some typical typo fixes alongside them. We like telling you that we're still fixing these typos, and hearing your wonderful reports, we just don't always feel these smaller items are worth highlighting individually as they're typically uninteresting!
  • The icon for the status effect Support Shot was missing and has been added.
  • A few otherwise fine folk in Erinn were sporting an overly bald look, appearing as if they had no hair or skull! Spooky! We asked them to don their hair proper, and they will be showing correctly moving forward.
  • A fix for the recent issue causing audio to behave unexpectedly, such as overlapping BGM, has been added and the issues should be quelled.
  • Small modeling fixes have been made to improve the display of the Shadow Reaper (F) set.
  • The following Weapon Appearance Scrolls were displaying the incorrect name when applied, and will now show their correct name:
    • Ravenscall Hunter's Shotgun Crossbow
    • Ravenscall Shotgun Crossbow
    • Morpho Dreamwood Long Bow
    • Morpho Dreamwood Two-Handed Sword
  • The description for Clairvoyant Wings Orb was updated to properly indicate that it grants Placid Shining Forest Wings instead of Placid Folded Shining Forest Wings.
  • Slight corrections to the following Enchants, to better reflect the actual skill names:

Known Bugs
  • There are currently issues causing the Blacklist to not work as expected for some players.

  • During theevent period, log in to receive an Attendance Book Summons.
    • Use the Attendance Book Summons to register a Main Character.
  • You can only use the Attendance Book Summons to register your character during the Event Period.
  • Once registered, an Event Icon will appear, allowing you to check the status of your attendance.
  • The Attendance Check has a total of 10 rewards.
  • Stay logged in for a full Erinn Day to receive your daily prize.
  • The next day will start at 7:00 AM PDT.
  • When the event period ends, the Event Icon will disappear and you will be unable to claim any unclaimed rewards. Please claim all rewards before the end of the event period.
  • As a bonus, during the event period, all Guild Missions will award 1.5x the amount of Guild Points.

Guild Title Event Details
  • During the event period, Guild Leaders can set a Custom Guild Title for the Guild!
  • Talk to Siobhan in your Guild's Guild Hall and select "Guild Title" option.
  • Title Requirements:
    • Titles may contain 2 to 10 characters.
    • The title may contain spaces.
    • The title may not contain symbols or numbers.
    • Titles that contains profanity or inappropriate words will be deleted without notice.
      • Once a title is deleted, it cannot be restored.
  • During the event, the title may be changed as many times as you like.
  • There is a 1-minute cooldown between changes.
  • You may only change the title once you’ve met the requirements.
  • To change the title, the Guild must accept 5 newly recruited members into the Guild.
  • The title will automatically be acquired when the recruitment requirement is achieved.
  • All Guild members will receive the title after the Guild Title is set, even if a member joins after the initial acquisition.
  • The title will show up as the set custom title at the end of the regular title selection list.
  • When the event period ends, the Guild Title that is acquired will be available for use by the Guild permanently.
  • A custom Guild Title will grant the following stats:
    • HP +10
    • Strength +10
    • Intelligence +10
    • Luck +10
    • Will +10
    • MP +10
    • Defense +1
    • Protection +1

Luis is looking to bring a little extra cheer, but his colored paper blew away. They've formed into giant piñatas just outside of Dunbarton. Grab several of your friends, a good stick, and an appetite for sweets as you bash away for some delicious candy and colored paper! Turn that paper in to Luis for some delicious rewards!

Event Details
Event Dates: Wednesday, June 4th, After Maintenance ~ Thursday, September 11th, Before Maintenance
  • Upon logging in, you'll receive the quest [Guide] Help! Pinata Panic!
  • Find Luis next to the Dunbarton Church to learn more and register a Main Character.
    • Doing so will complete the quest and earn the following:
      • 5,000 EXP
      • Papier Mache Coin x20
  • Giant colorful piñatas will appear in the surrounding maps near Dunbarton every Erinn Day at specific times.
    • Pony Pinata - will appear in Gairech Hills at 9:00 AM Erinn Time.
    • Irusan Pinata - will appear in Osna Sail at 12:00 PM Erinn Time.
    • Scented Bear Pinata - will appear in Dugald Aisle at 3:00 PM Erinn Time.
  • While only the registered characters can obtain the Quest Rewards, all characters can participate in the Field Bosses!
  • When fighting the piñatas, attacking them will have a chance to earn a random buff as well as different types of candy!
    • Pony Pinata - chance to drop Strawberry Candy (Max HP Buff)
    • Irusan Pinata - chance to drop Grape Candy (Max MP Buff)
    • Scented Bear Pinata - chance to drop Orange Candy (Max Stamina Buff)
  • The creatures are made from the finest colorful paper scraps Erinn has ever seen, so they'll be able to withstand several hits by Milletians. They're even immune to defense and protection reducing skills, so be sure to bring several of your friends... and your best piñata-whacking stick!
Daily Quest
  • Each day you'll receive the quest [Event] Scrapping for Scraps.
    • You'll need to collect Colorful Paper Scraps from the colorful piñatas near Dunbarton.
    • Deliver the Colorful Paper Scraps to Luis to earn your daily reward:

Achievement Quest
  • Register a Main Character to receive the achievement quest [Event] Step-by-Step Pinata Prep.
    • Completing the Daily Quest multiple times will earn you several rewards!

  • Upon logging in, you'll receive the quest [Guide] Rentals for Success.
  • Talk to Rental Agent Sasha next to the Part-Time Job Bulletin Board in Dunbarton to Register a Main Character.
    • You'll receive the following upon completing the quest:
      • 50,000 EXP
  • Talk to Sasha once more to learn more about all the types of rental programs she has available during the Summer Festival.
Pet Rental
  • Talk to Rental Agent Sasha to learn more about the Pet Rental Program.
    • You can rent a Level 200 Kart Pet of your choosing from the following:
      • Saber X
      • Mart Kart
      • Lodi Infernal
      • White Knight X
      • Dark Knight X
      • Practice Kart
    • You can only rent one Kart Pet per account.
    • The rental pet does not have an inventory and expires once the event has ended after September 11th.
    • The pet whistle will be removed at the end of the event if it has not been used.
Inventory Rental
  • Talk to Rental Agent Sasha to learn more about the Mystical Rental Event Inventory Rental Service.
    • You will be able to use the Mystical Rental Event Inventory, which has a 20x15 inventory size for the duration of the event.
    • The Mystical Rental Event Inventory is accessible by clicking on the Mystical Rental Event Inventory bag icon in the top-right of your main inventory window.
    • Once the event ends, the inventory space will be locked. No items can be put into the bag, but all items can be retrieved at your leisure.
    • This inventory is separate from the Master Plan Inventory of previous years. The Master Plan Inventory will be locked, but accessible for retrieving items.

Weapon Rental
  • Talk to Rental Agent Sasha to learn more about the Weapon Rental Program.
    • You can rent a Celtic weapon of your preferred talent.
      • This weapon will be upgraded with the following:
        • Prefix and Suffix Enchants
        • Fully Upgraded
        • Lvl 5 Special Upgrade (Choice of R or S Upgrade)
        • Reforged (Rank 1; 15/20 Roll)
        • Erg Rank A (45/50)

      • This weapon will not count towards your Spirit Weapon limit.
    • The rental service is free; however, you can only rent one weapon at a time.

  • During the event, open the Mystic Rental section of the Summer Festival Event UI and select "Details" to open up information and prizes regarding Sasha's Log-in Event.
    • Alternatively, you may also turn the "Event Icon" to "On" and have the Event Icon appear in the Event column.
  • You will earn daily and weekly rewards depending on how long you are logged in.
    • Daily Rewards reset daily at 7:00 AM PDT.
    • Weekly Rewards reset on Thursdays at 7:00 AM PDT.
  • All rewards are non-tradeable.
  • Daily Rewards expire after 7 days.
  • Weekly Rewards expire after 14 days.
    • A-Class and S-Class Adventurer Certificates are deleted during the weekly reset.
  • Using the A-Class Certificates will provide you with the A-Rank Adventurer 1st Title!

Depending on the type of event, expected attendance, prizes (if any), etc., different avenues of support are available by the Mabinogi team. Listed below are support options that may be available, depending on your event, availability by the team, and more.
  • Official Discord Promotion - This level of support is self-promotion within the Mabinogi Discord's #milletian-events channel. A special role is required to post in this channel, and is highly curated for all Milletians with visibility to the channel. You can even ping the @Community Alarms Role for those following the channel, as well as publish to other servers following along!
After your first successful promotion through the Discord Channel, additional opportunities will be available.
  • GM Attendance - Looking to have a GM assist by being a judge, hand out prizes, or more? Depending on the day and time, CM Arciellia or Elebon will schedule time to be in attendance!
  • Prize Support - Need a little bit of extra oomph to your prizes? The Mabinogi team can support additional prizes, relevant to the type of event being held! While we can't provide gold or high-valued items, we can provide prizes such as:
