Today, we have begun the process of gradually sunsetting Watchers.

Q: Why is Watchers shutting down?
A: Since the fall of 2019, the developers behind Watchers are no longer part of the Alawar team. Decisions to retire games are never made easy, but this does not change the fact that we cannot release new updates for you and support the game.

Q: How do I request a refund for my purchases?
A: Starting June 30th 2021, Watchers: Battle Pass, Watchers: Batter Up Pack, Watchers: Perfectly Calm Pack and Watchers: Monstrously Elegant Pack will be removed from Steam and you will no longer be able to purchase them. You can request a refund for all Steam purchases until that date (the standard 14-day/2-hour refund period applies) by contacting Steam Support.

Q: How long can I continue to play Watchers?
A: The servers will remain up until August 31st, 2021. Once servers are deactivated, Watchers will no longer be playable.

Hello fighters and watchers!

We've put together a major update that's available on Steam right now.

What's new:

• The long-awaited two-player mode. Team up with your Steam friends and fight together.
  
• New weapon workbench! Take regular weapons apart and build unique super versions. Five new mega-weapons: Thunder-19 triple-barreled machine gun, Volcano assault rifle, Elephant rifle, Mini Uzi and Judgement Day RPG!
  
• New experiment: Walking dead! Watchers can now unleash bloodthirsty zombies onto the battlefield to attack fighters. Get gears for killing zombies.
  
• Tweaks to bot behavior. Bots now behave more realistically - they can choose between weapons, search chests, attack less at the beginning of the match and fight harder at the end.
  
• Drop screen: now shows the right number of players! The number of players and bots is now always visible. Play your own way: fight tooth and nail from the very beginning or be sneaky!
  
• Bugfixes, UI adjustments and other minor improvements.

A battle royale with a playable watcher mode — have you seen it before?

The following update of Watchers, in which we made the game even more enjoyable, is ready for installation.

What's inside:

• More evenly distributed players and bots on the map when landing.
  
• Now bots will not land directly on you, and you will not turn into a Watcher too early because of that.
  
• If you change your username on Steam — your name will also change in Watchers.
  
• Now you can rotate graffiti using E-button! Well, or any other, which is convenient for you. You can assign an action key in the Settings.
  
• 99 lvl bots are gone on rest.

Watchers notice not only events on the battlefield, but also what can be improved!

What has been fixed:

• In the Watcher mode, some battlers had a trail, as if they were under acceleration. They don’t have it anymore.
  
• Fixed a bug where players only saw the login window but couldn't do anything. Now you can reconnect without leaving the game.
  
• Changed the daily quests: removed quests to open chests from the Watchers and to use upgrade stations from the Watchers. Everyone who has had progress on these quests will receive their well-deserved reward and a new quest to replace.

❗❗❗Be sure to install the update to avoid conflicting versions of the game.

While all battlers and watchers are busy with the process, we are improving the game.

• Increased bullet speed in the slowdown zone
  
• Health kits don’t get stuck in textures anymore
  
• Moved the Upgrade Station in the Donuts Diner
