We've just updated a new version (v1.514) on the development branch.
To try it, see the "How to switch branches?" question in the FAQ.

This is a STEP THREE of the moons update playtest : You can now go on the second moon : Aqualis! Use the travel rocket to go there, in the same way you did for Selenea.

Let us know if you experience significant performances changes or new critical bugs.

As usual, restart Steam to get the update, and backup your save before trying the dev branch.
All players must have the same version to play co-op.
If you have issues launching the game, remove all your mods before reporting bugs.


Temporary changelog :
  • New Moon : Aqualis. Discover a moon covered in water!
  • New items : T5 Jetpack, T3 Butterly farm, T2 Insects rocket
  • New "Harvesting robot" : allows to harvest organic items around it (still work in progress)
  • New T2 Informations rocket : will show organic and fish location markers on map (unlock via blue blueprint chip)
  • Fixed an issue with oxygen still consumed when reaching breathable atmospheres on moons
  • Exchange platform now takes 10 minutes to return

Hey Everyone!

Thank you for your feedback and bug reports! This update has a big batch of fixes, as well as some small changes to the Shrine upgrade costs and some misc. UI texts.

Other than more fixes as needed, my next plans for this game is doing a balance pass, as the power level has skyrocketed with the addition of boons, but also been capped by the now limited item slots. I will be looking at enemy health, damage, and speed, as well as the additional scaling into Endless and Anomaly modes. After that - or perhaps in conjunction with that - I will also be looking at the game modes themselves and see if I can flesh them out a little more because of the system changes.

In the pipeline there are also new maps and other new mechanics to keep things interesting, but more on that later!

Thanks again for for your feedback & bug reports - it's a great help to make this little game as good as it can be!

SHRINES:
*Upgrade gold costs reduced to 800/1500/2200, down from 1000/2000/3000 - a total reduction by 1500 gold.

UI:
*The Seasonal Waypoint now displays the special game mode text for each of the seasonal maps directly rather than only on hovering the game mode selection.
*Changed "survive" to "Survival Mode" on some UI descriptions, to be more clear that you need to survive that specific mode.


FIXES:
*Fixed crash related to bad resolution settings carried over rom an older save.
*Fixed resolution settings carried over from older saves being able to go below the minimum required to fit the UI on screen.
*Fixed issue with completing events that grants weapons causing the chest menu to soft lock the game as you would go over the weapon cap.
*Fixed similar issue with looting the map-specific hidden weapons for the first time.
*Fixed crash from the Lightning Lash Boon (Chain Lightning Thorns) if the attacker had died prior to their attack landing on you, and triggering the CL effect.
*Fixed the Dragon Shrine displaying some boons out of order, and made the Hunger Boon position itself in the middle, as it's availbe from both Frost & Lightning.
*Fixed Anomaly Visits stat tracking not working correctly.
*Fixed crash that could occur when minimizing the game while unpaused, and leaving it for a while.
*Fixed Quick Chests map mod causing the default map chests to disappear in Anomaly Mode.
*Fixed the base enemies that always start on the map before the waves start spawning in being unaffected by the Giants map mod.
*Fixed the Physical Boon "Tank" not adding the correct amount of Health (much too little).
*Fixed the Flame Orb weapon not moving correctly bcause of a range scaling Boon giving it 1% of its intended range.

Hello vikings!

These past two days have been really intense!! Thanks for all your feedback and support. ːNA_Crystalː

We were aware that the Tower difficulty was advanced due to having played so many Ragnarok runs. But we want the overall experience to be positive, so we've made the following changes:
  • Regarding Normal, Hard, and Expert levels: Reduced health and enemy spawns
  • Reduced wave time/room duration.
  • Hardcore will remain challenging, we don't want to loose that Ragnarok essence.
As part of this DLC, if runs feel long, you can always save your progress and continue later.

Our main idea was to make this game mode feel fresh and new, and therefore, we've changed the Yggdrasil meta to the Tower one. However, it's true that you've missed upgrades such as damage, cooldown, etc. We've added new nodes with these stat upgrades.

Other fixes and improvements
  • New enemy: Corrupt Squirrel 2. This one balances the other Corrupt Squirrel (the explosive one), so visibility improves and you can move around without dying so easily. More of the new Corrupt Squirrels 2 will appear and there will be fewer of the explosive ones.
  • Ragnar’s and Astrid’s shields are now saved correctly. They no longer reload when the timer stops.
  • Garth went into die animation when reviving.
  • You won't face the same boss twice.
  • Upgrade panels are better displayed.
  • Hexed Emblen reilc was not unlocking.
  • Corrupt shard reward wasn't showing properly
  • Typo mistakes.
  • Sound improvements.

We will keep improving the game so it feels alive, that's for sure!

The Delta Force security team is committed to maintaining a fair gaming experience,and will impose appropriate restrictions on those found to be cheating or in breach of our terms of service.

As developers, we understand the importance of ensuring a safe and fun environment for Delta Force players. As such, we adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards anyone found to be in violation of our game rules.This includes, but is not limited to, the use of plug-ins, illegal software, inappropriate behaviour, malicious use of exploits or bugs, etc.Once such behaviour is discovered, we will immediately launch an investigation and take appropriate action. This includes, but is not limited to, permanent account bans, lP bans notification inside and outside the game, etc.

At the same time, we also invite players to actively report inappropriate behavior in the game through reporting channels provides as well as through the community, in order to maintain a fair and healthy gaming environment.

PC:
This week (May 5 - May 11, 2025), our security team took action against 1375 players, imposing bans of up to 10 years. Specific measures included 356 DMA bans, 778 devices blocked, 9796 cheating attempts stopped in real time, and 7445 players forced offline for cheating. Warned 1105 players for teaming with cheaters; banned and recovered 102 accounts.
Mobile:
133 players who received 10-year bans,308 cheating attempts stopped in real time.

We hereby confirm that we will continue to take action against all violation accounts in real time.We ask all Operators to abide by the rules of the game, and to help maintain a healthy and fair game environment for everyone!
