A few extra tweaks and polish!

Tiny tweaks from yesterdays update

I've always wanted to remove the hard coded English words from inventory items, backgrounds etc in the game so any language does not have to rely on working out any English words, and I have now completed this task. I am very happy with the changes and think the game is prettier and more globaly friendly!

Hi Mountaineers!

Just a few changes and a little tidy up, plus preparing for the xBox build so have enabled better on/off functionality for menus with better keyboard control for UI like (o)ptions, (i)nventory, escape for pause, (h)int and tab for highlight hotspots!
