Find All Things: Christmas - antonmz

Hey everyone! We are happy to announce our new game at the Ukrainian Games Festival 2025.

GUNTOUCHABLES - Slumdog
Hello Preppers!

We’ve got a little surprise for you before the weekend hits. 🎉

While we’re still cooking up some bigger features for future patches, we wanted to squeeze in a smaller

update you’ve been asking for. Starting in Version 1.0.3, teams or 2 or 3 players can now play co-op without bots and face the challenge on your own terms, and at your own discretion. One word of caution - playing fewer than 4 players will make the game harder!

This change comes straight from your feedback, and it's a new feature we are testing out. Keep those ideas coming, they’re helping us shape Guntouchables into something even better. 💪

Below is a list of what changes the new update introduces.

New in Guntouchables 1.0.3

Fixed:

  • Fixed Blackscreen-softlock in room transition state

  • Fixed tooltips and popup cards shown outside screen

  • Fixed nav mesh causing issues in antenna missions

Changed:

  • Splash screens are skippable

  • Limited difficulty scale on fewer than 4 players

  • Changed version string from timestamp to build number

Added:

  • Added functionality to Open / Close slots in lobby

  • Added "New Update" available notification

  • Added FAQ Link in multiplayer for common issues

  • Various smaller fixes and optimizations

The following issues are not included in 1.0.3 but are high priority in one of the upcoming updates:

  • Ensuring inactive players cannot block the game

  • Introducing better options for communication in-game

  • Adding functionality to drop a consumable

  • Adding a notification to players for when to update to a newer version of the client

We are paying attention to your feedback on the Steam Forums, but we highly recommend joining the amazing Guntouchables community on Discord. Here you can find players for groups, discus meta and share experiences, and post feedback/suggestion to the dev team.

Now go enjoy that bot-free co-op and have an awesome weekend!

XOXO,

-Game Swing

Ascendant Realms - Gamedev Dave

Hello!

A few weeks passed since the last update and we though it would be best to let you know what's coming up!

In several days, we are looking to release the first major update, including some of the most anticipated features.

But enough stalling, let's dive right into what's coming to Ascendant Realms!

Steam Multiplayer

Long overdue, online multiplayer through steam is finally here! We hope this will make it much easier for you connect with your friends when playing.

  • You can now switch between multiplayer through Steam, and LAN with default being Steam.

  • You can invite and join your friends through you steam friends.

Wilderness Update

Heading over to the content update, there are quite a few new changes to core gameplay that will surely spice up both early and late game.

  • Added new terrain types, hill along with its visual natural object, as well as a few extra terrains for the editor, including two types of roads, which grant extra movement speed.

  • Added a new neutral faction, representing wild animals and beasts (and in the future banditry!) who are always hostile, to any player in the game.

  • Collecting berry bushes for extra early game food is now no longer a free-action, and will use up the movement for your builders.

  • Previously useless sand/beach terrain can now support fortress as a building, enabling you to construct a solid coastal defense and cover up the gaps in your fortifications.

  • Hills, trees and other vegetation now populate the valleys, that big mountain ranges have been carved out of the previously large mountain ranges.

Wolves
  • Alongside the neutral faction, wolves were now added to the game as early game threat, that makes you think twice before exploring boldly with your builders!

  • Wolves now have an updated model, compared to their previous editor-only appearance.

  • Wolves have slightly reduced base damage(5->4), but retain their bonus damage versus builders.

Dragons

Yes, you read that right. In this update you'll be able to face those legendary beasts as part of some challenge scenarios included!

These massive behemoths will truly test the resolve of your soldiers, and challenge your strategic sense, as you face them in open field.

General Improvements

Aside from the general content updates. A considerable amount of much needed improvements will be included. Some of these include:

  • UI has been completely visually revamped in order to provide a much cleaner and more readable look.

  • fixed a multiplayer issue with host sometimes receiving a wrong amount of resources in a game with AI, after the AI is defeated.

  • fixed visual inconsistencies with resource display that sometimes occur when playing on multiplayer.

  • fixed an issue when loading saved gamed/scenarios in which the number of player isn't correctly read from the file.

  • fixed an editor issue with buildings not loading in properly in the editor, when the map is being loaded from a file.

  • and many more, including editor fixes and visual glitches...

Balance Changes

Some minor balance changes will also be introduced, in order to better account for the introduced content. Note that some of these may vary in the final update. These include but are not limited to:

  • wolf base damage has been reduced from 5 to 4

  • mountain movement cost has been increased from 5 to 8 to make them virtually impossible to move through, as their lower altitude hill counterpart, is now introduced.

  • spearman now has considerable bonus damage versus wolves, to make them more viable in early army compositions.

  • mobility of several units has been adjusted to better fit the new pace of gameplay.

Prometheus Wept - Timeslip

Hi there-

I hope you're having a nice weekend! Prometheus Wept v0.646 is now available. This update brings visual and camera improvements, a unique set of combat dialogue for a permanent ally, and more. If you have any comments, questions or suggestions – do let me know!

Visual Improvements: Scene Dressing

Two key areas: the entrance to Sunny Pines, and Liberty Square have received attention in terms of visuals, to make them feel like immersive “lived in” places. This includes wildlife, banners representing the city state of Sunny Pines, an entrance structure with a sign, and more scene dressing in general.

The intention is to bring other locations up to this standard in coming updates, and further improve environment quality in the future.

Fully Manual Combat Camera:

A fully manual camera mode has been added, in which you will have complete control of the camera, at all times, during combat. This is in addition to the existing Automatic Camera, which keeps the action in frame and the Focus Camera, which focuses on characters at the start of their turn.

Thanks to Tchey for the suggestion.

Unique Combat Dialogue For Beckett:

Ferdia Beckett, the sociopathic conman masquerading as a priest gets his own set of combat dialogue. Expect loads of snark, menace, and “vocational” references.

Smaller Additions:
  • Added a notification to make players aware if a character is not a permanent party member. This will prevent valuable items being lost.

  • Reviewed the existing combat dialogue, removing less engaging dialogue.

  • Fixed drones not playing shooting sound effect.

  • I've also laid the groundwork for adding unique combat dialogue for other permanent party members and weather effects, which affect gameplay.

Thanks again to Vlodril for his play through, which provided a ton of helpful feedback and to you, for your support and encouragement – I'll be in touch again in the near future with another update!

All the best, Daithi

Interactive Gun Range Beta - Interactive Gun Range
In mouse emulator mode I was previously using orthogonal projection and trying to compensate with an exponent. This math was wrong, I am now using the correct math for perspective projection. This also gets rid of the horizontal and vertical exponent sliders.
