We are pleased to announce RealFlight version 9.50.068! This update adds new HobbyZone AeroScout training content as well as our first Steam achievements! These achievements target the beginning pilot.

Features

• Added training lessons featuring the HobbyZone AeroScout S 1.1m
  
• Added achievements for each of the following:
  - completing all the AeroScout training courses
  - completing all the Apprentice training courses
  - completing all the Habu training courses
  - accruing 2 hours of total flight time
  - accruing 4 hours of total flight time

Improvements/Fixes

• Current training lessons are sorted into tabs by vehicle. Older lessons remain grouped in the "Classic" tab.
  
• Added "Spektrum Receiver (DXeA)" radio profile. It matches the existing "Spektrum Receiver (DXS)" radio profile but provides greater convenience and clarity for DXeA users.

How to Get It
Steam will detect the new version and automatically update RealFlight when it thinks your computer is not very busy. You can trigger the update manually if desired by completely restarting Steam. Right-click the Steam icon in your system tray and select Exit. Once everything closes, run Steam again, and the update should complete.

Improvements/Fixes

• Application starts up faster
  
• KEError 32990 should no longer occur. The update should also fix the problem for anybody currently experiencing this error.

RealFlight 9.5S, exclusively on Steam, expands RealFlight 9 even further.

RealFlight 9.5S is only available on Steam. Owners of RealFlight 9.x on DVD or Tower Digital can exchange their serial number for a Steam Key at https://keyexchange.realflight.com/

This update is primarily focused on improving the experience for users with a Spektrum DXS radio. With the new Spektrum Receiver (DXS) radio profile, the "A/Bind" button on the DXS does double duty, controlling Panic functionality on models that have it as well as operating retracts/smoke on models with those features.

IMPROVEMENTS/FIXES:

We are pleased to announce that RealFlight version 9.00.022 is now available as a free public release for all versions of the software (DVD, Tower Hobbies Digital, and Steam)!

Highlights include a brand-new Osprey model and a big multiplayer change! (See this post for more details.) We also added new aircraft variants set up with more pro-level functionality to take advantage of the broad InterLink DX feature set. Fly them, enjoy them, and study them so you can create your own!
