Added CPU Difficulty Settings!
Hyper Scuffle - jpmchargue
By popular demand, the ability to adjust the difficulty of CPUs has been added to the game. The CPU difficulty setting can be found under 'Scuffle Settings'. (Four difficulty levels are available: Easy, Medium, Hard, and AFK.)
The old CPU difficulty is identical to the new 'Hard' difficulty. Now, all CPUs are 'Easy' by default.

    - fixed a bug that made online client connection difficult without a controller
    - fixed a bug that caused server chats to be spammed with the host's name
    - fixed an oversight that prevented clients from adjusting their player colors
