I've updated the testing branch build of the game.

How do I get the testing branch build?

Select Transports in your game library and open the properties window. There you will find a beta tab where the testing branch can be selected.

Changes for version 1.19:

- changes to the building of bus and tram stops

- a new option for the vehicle manager prevents upgrades to newer vehicle versions

- vehicles can be sorted in the vehicle overview list now

- changes to the vehicle manager UI

- bug fixes to the decorative building as a mayor

- you can retire as a mayor now

- the station storage list can be expanded now

- the camera will now follow a vehicle after centering it

- changes to the camera

- fixed a bug related to filters

- volumetric clouds

- added romanian and ukrainian city names

- editing the land or planting vegetation costs nothing if no edit or planting has been done

- added a visibility range slider in settings

Spirit, Explorer and Creatures

The island isn’t empty. It was never meant to be. Beneath the ruins, under all vegetation lies a mighty god Imprisoned and seeking to escape. While on the shore an explorer has just arrived seeking to uncover the truth behind his grandparent disappearance. 

Tz’akabaak

Once a god. Now, just a shadow. Tz’akabaak was the Spirit of Earth, a mighty being worshiped by an entire civilization. Offerings were always given to earn his favor; seeds, bones and flowers. His power shaped the island itself, raising mountains, opening caves, and feeding the ground with life or death. 

But betrayal broke him. Now trapped beneath the island, imprisoned by the same rituals that once fed him, Tz’akabaak now exists only as a spirit; desperate, weakened but not yet gone. He wants to be freed.  

Henry Walker

A cartographer. A grandson. A survivor. 

Henry didn’t come to Dreadbone for glory nor riches. He came searching for answers to uncover what happened to his grandfather, one of the first to step foot on the island.. and never return. 

He doesn't know that the island itself is alive. That something beneath the soil stirs. Without realizing it, he’s become part of the island, caught between the bones of the past and something that refuses to die. 

The Creatures of Dreadbone
Crawby

Once a humble protector of temple grounds, the Crawby now stalks the jungle ruins twisted by centuries without purpose. Their original purpose was to guard the sacred spaces and patrol ceremonial paths, these creatures operate in silence, responding only to intrusions. Once everyone vanished, they still stayed on patrol.

Their thick shells make them resistant to most threats, and their pincers can crush stone. They are territorial, relentless and hungry. They no longer recognize friend from foe. The jungle has become their nest, and anything that wanders too deep is treated as prey.

Escaramoc 

Perched above cliffs or temple walls, Escaramoc are ranged guardians. They were created as the first line of defense, watchers that never blink. Their role was simple: repel from above, let nothing approach the sacred grounds unchecked. When the temples fell in silence, they stayed in place still vigilant and waiting.

They feed on rocks and sediment, using it to produce a corrosive, sticky substance they fire with disturbing precision. These projectiles are considered deadly, so tread carefully around the island. If you hear something crunching nearby, you should start running. 

The Island Awaits 

This is the ecosystem of Dreadbone. A forgotten god. A lone explorer. And the remnants of a once loyal and serving army, now twisted and confused. Step carefully, many dangers are waiting for you.

Getting Steam Deck Verified is a big milestone for our team's endeavour to ensure a quality play experience for all players, regardless of platform. Hello! One of the most popular brawls, which first was introduced in the “Wasteland drift” update, is back! The night streets of the “Dead city” are about to be lit by neon and police lights. Floor it!

Attention! The mode will be available from July 3 to July 9 inclusive!

  • “No Brakes” is a PvP race in which players have to compete against each other in a 3 lap street race while evading the pursuit of the Wasteland police.

  • The race takes place with preset cars. You can replenish your boosters fuel supply by successfully drifting.

  • You can now choose one of five available cars before the race starts.

  • Initially, only AI players are on the police team. But if an AI player manages to get close to a racer and stay near them for a certain amount of time, the racer is considered to be arrested and switches to the police side. In this case, their goal is to catch the remaining racers on the track.

  • The reward for the battles of the mode is wires.

Rewards for the special challenges:
  • Day 1: “Humanitarian aid” container.

  • Day 2: “Cyan” paint.

  • Day 3: 50 Engineer badges.

  • Day 4: “Humanitarian aid” container.

  • Day 5: “Summer sunset” paint.

  • Day 6: 2 “Ka-Chow” stickers.

  • Day 7: “Orange lamp” decor.

Q. What items do wipes affect?
A.: Wipes affect your stash, trader reputation, character level, and regular cosmetic items. Unique cosmetic items (e.g., maximum trader REP skins, wipe skins, and Open Beta rewards) are unaffected. If you own the Supporter Pack, you get the items included once per wipe.

Q. When will the next wipe happen?
A.: The next server wipe will be commenced on August 7th.

2. Server Patch Details
- Changes to the components of the Star Guardian Costume Package
- In-game Event > Partner Creator banner will be added

3. To Note
- Please exit the game completely before logging in again for the patch to be applied.
- Please note that you will not be able to enter the Auction HouseConstellation of TimeArena, Chaos Dungeons, and Eunos Dungeons for 10 minutes before and after the patch.

Mini-games
  • The Preliminary Gwageo exam has been added. If you meet the exam requirements, you can speak to the gatekeeper NPC in a major castle to take the exam.
  • The Secondary Gwageo exam has been added. If you meet the exam requirements, you can speak to the gatekeeper NPC at Sungkyunkwan in Hanyang to take the exam.

System
  • Security, economy, and public sentiment stats have been added for each castle.
  • These stats may change when incidents occur inside or around the castle.
  • Castle stats can vary depending on actions such as crimes by players/NPCs, high-value trades, or successful quests.

Animals/NPCs
  • The gatekeeper NPC has been added. You can find them at the Gwageo exam site in major castles and at Sungkyunkwan.
  • The Confucian scholar (Yusaeng) NPC has been added. You can find them at the Gwageo exam site in major castles and at Sungkyunkwan.
  • Hit detection for large animals has been refined in more detail.
  • When speaking to performing NPCs in the exhibition hall, a dialogue will now show the location of the event manager.

Nature & Structures
  • A Siso (examination hall) has been added to major cities.
  • Sungkyunkwan has been added to the northeastern outskirts of Hanyang Fortress.
  • Wells now fill with water when it rains.

Balance
  • Matchlock soldiers in Gyeongbokgung can now shoot from a longer distance.

UI/UX
  • Tooltips for castle icons on the map now display castle stats and show a simplified preview of next month’s changes as icons.
  • Item tooltips no longer display attack power for items other than weapons and tools.

Skills
  • The Writing skill has been added.

Saving
  • The save/load system has been updated.
※ A maximum of 10 save records are kept per slot. When exceeded, the oldest record is automatically deleted. Deleted records are temporarily stored in the “Recovery” folder, but are permanently deleted if a limit is exceeded.
  • You can now leave comments on save files.

Optimization/Graphics
  • Relationship calculations have been optimized to improve performance when many NPCs are gathered.

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where companion NPC voices continued playing regardless of sound settings.
  • Fixed an issue where map markers inside castles displayed incorrect directions.
  • Fixed an issue where the game could freeze after freeing an NPC and speaking to the record officer.
  • Fixed an issue where stamina could be restored by jumping while swimming.
  • Fixed an issue where NPCs were duplicated under certain conditions in Hanyang.
  • Fixed an issue where the archery mini-game in Yeonil Castle did not function properly.
  • Fixed an issue where purchased homes in Yeonil Castle displayed two doors.
  • Fixed an issue where the input key text was not displayed correctly in dialogue with the mask dancer NPC at the exhibition hall.

Multiplayer
  • Fixed an issue where item data was not saved correctly if a guest saved while connected.
