We’ve identified an issue where certain event paints were made available for purchase. As a result, sales of these items will be discontinued, and any paints already purchased will be retrieved. Caliber used for those purchases will be fully refunded.

As an apology for the sudden discontinuation, all Descendants will receive 5 of each discontinued paint item.

1.How to enter the test version

Right-click on the game in your Steam library, then select Beta - Join this beta, and choose the test version.

2. Notes on the Beta Version
  • The beta version may contain bugs in new features. You can report the bugs of the beta version to us through the STEAM community or Xiaohēihe. Please specifically indicate that the bugs were found in the beta version.

  • Game saves from the test version may not be usable in the official version or may result in lost items. If you need to switch between the test version and the official version for gameplay, we recommend that you manage the saves for each version separately. For example, use one save only for the official version and another only for the test version.

3. Provide precise feedback on Fatal Error information.

We have learned that many players have encountered game crashes during gameplay, with error messages such as "Fatal Error". You can report your error information to us through the Steam community. Due to the different hardware and software configurations of players, in order to accurately identify the cause of this crash, we suggest you use the following methods to find the error message and tell us in the form of screenshots or text on the Steam community.

C:\\Users\\admin\\AppData\\Local\\CardShopSim\\Saved\\Logs

This folder is generally used to store your game error information. The name of the "admin" folder may vary depending on your computer's username.

If you find a folder named NGX in the logs folder, the error might be related to the Nvidia graphics card driver. For instance, an older graphics card driver may have poor compatibility with DLSS. In such cases, starting the game in DX11 compatibility mode may help solve the problem.
