Fixed a few minor issues:

• Added a fade transition from the “About Developer” menu to the main menu

• Fixed a display bug in the “About Developer” screen on 16:10 aspect ratio

• The “Continue” button is now only available after reaching level 2 — this way, the first story beat isn’t skipped and it feels more natural

Shade, the Dark Wizard, is a master of the battlefield, commanding fear and respect with every move. His command of the shadows makes him a dangerous leader, always one step ahead of his enemies.

With Nether Shard, Shade channels forbidden energy to boost his critical strike chance, making every attack deadlier than the last. Chains of Despair allow him to ensnare his enemies, sapping their vitality and slowing them down so they can’t escape his wrath.

Dark Bonds are his weapon of choice for breaking enemy defenses. These shadowy shackles weaken armor, leaving opponents exposed and easy to finish off. But Shade’s most feared skill is Shadow Leap—the power to instantly teleport anywhere on the battlefield, letting him strike where he’s least expected or escape danger in a flash.

Shade isn’t just a spellcaster—he’s the strategist who decides where and when the battle is won. When Shade leads, the enemy never knows what’s coming next.

It has been a week since we opened our Steam Store, and we are very happy to receive your warm support for “Erase”. Thank you very much!

In this newsletter, we would like to introduce the main character of the game, Uzura Natsuyagi. Character introductions have been done on ci-en and the official website, but I would like to talk briefly about the characters in terms of character design.

Name: Natsuyagi Uzura

"I wouldn't mind. My wishes have all been granted."

The protagonist of this story. She is a second-year junior high school student living in Kyoto who has been hospitalized for a long time.

The story begins on the first day of school after she is discharged from the hospital. She is cheerful and energetic at heart, but she is not used to socializing with people her own age. She loves to read.

Uzura's character design is based on the “little bird” motif. In particular, her hair habit is based on the feathers of a bird.

As is generally the case with characters in Erase, I start with the name, personality, and settings, and then flesh out the appearance.

In the case of Uzura, her name is straight out of a bird, and her “curious but sensitive” personality is also parrot-like.

By the way, I wonder what Uzura herself thinks of the eggs and the bird “quail” ......?
