After many considerations and negotiations, we finally managed to figure out a way forward.

The game plays well, so we thought why not make it available and at least get some games going. And on top, see if we could manage to create an update with more game modes and a new map style.

We have very limited funds, so we decided to make the game available for free and create a DLC as well as a Patreon, to allow an option to support the server costs. If we get enough funds in, we will create more content in the form of more maps and skins.

This update is expected to go live mid November.

We managed to get a small server online in Europe, so it is now possible to get some games going again.
For the moment there are no updates coming, and we will not open for any sales.

Mad Machines servers are offline. We cannot cover the funds needed to keep the servers alive anymore.

It has been some tough months trying to close the funding needed to continue developing and supporting the game. We did not succeed in doing so, why we turn off the servers now.

We added more weapon skins to the io-game and likewise to the ballgame, which also includes special character upgrades, new colors and most importantly able to be played correctly on 144hz, 170hz and 240hz monitors providing a new level of butter smoothness.

How to access this game?

1. You need to own a copy of Mad Machines
2. Go to your library, click properties of Mad Machines, select the BETA tab, enter the code 'ExperimentalBuild'
3. Click 'check code'
4. Now you will see a 'demo' build in the rolldown
5. Select 'demo' build in the rolldown
6. Click ok, and the game will autimatically start downloading

Note: sometimes you need to re-enter properties before 'demo' build is visible in the rolldown.
