Character demand tasks can be rewarded with cosmic coins. When generating random demands for characters, if the reward and demand items overlap, the reward will be converted into cosmic coins.

Added a demand task for viewing items and added it to the initial random demand of characters. The character will want to see a certain item, and completing the task requires having this item in the backpack.

A dedicated item pool has been added for the task of meeting the demand for items. The items in the item pool for transactional demand tasks are relatively common, while most of the items in the new item pool need to be obtained or manufactured through adventure.

The knowledge demand will also be added to the player's initial random demand. Players can impart knowledge near them until they learn and claim to have completed the task, without rigorously verifying how they learned.

After a character is attacked, there will be a demand task to eliminate the enemy. Players can claim to have completed the task after eliminating the enemy (strict verification requires a final strike).

The administrator of the village and town will have a low probability of adding a requirement task to eliminate enemies to all hostile units within a radius of 30 squares. Players can go to the vicinity of the administrator character to inquire about their needs, obtain tasks, and then fight monsters to earn money.

When the required task is completed, in addition to eliminating the type of enemy, a new required task will be automatically generated, so the task can be continuously completed.

Except for the initial requirement task of creating characters, which will distribute random rewards to characters, the subsequent value will be directly converted into cosmic coins as rewards.

\[Simplified Transactions]

Other trading mechanisms may be too complex, so a simpler and more direct trading method based on regional planning is provided.

In the right-click menu, two options will be displayed below the area: "Sell Items" and "Purchase Items".

Selling Items "means that players will sell items placed on the ground in this area to the owner of this area, and can choose which ones to sell. The transaction limit is the balance of the area owner's universe coins.

The 'Purchase Items' option allows players to purchase ground items belonging to the area owner within this region, and they can choose which items to purchase. The transaction limit is the player's balance of cosmic coins.

So players can obtain more universe coins through adventure or other means, increase the area owner's universe coin holdings by purchasing goods, and then make larger purchases.

Transactions based on regional planning will comply with the sales and acquisition restrictions defined in the blueprint, so as not to sell important items or acquire materials that can be seen everywhere.

The prices of rocks and soil have been lowered, but they have not been placed under purchase restrictions, so players can also dig and sell stones to make money, but it is relatively inefficient.

Long before your people learned to summon flame from stone and spark, there were those who carried a single stolen fire through the endless winter. The elders speak of an age when the cold never lifted and the suns warmth was but a fleeting dream. From the safety of their caves, small tribes would step into the frozen wild, guarding the flame and seeking the wisdom to make it their own.

These journeys became the Sagas, tales told in smoke and shadow, where each band faced trials no single winter could hold. Some found blessings that carried them far, others were marked by curses that shadowed their every step. Champions would rise, fall, and return only if the spirits willed it.

Now your people gather once more in the shamans circle. The embers of old fires glow faintly in the dark, and the stories begin again. You will walk the paths of those who came before, shaping the fate of the flame and of the Tribe until the last ember fades and this Saga is ready to be told.

Endless Mode Sagas

Endless Mode Sagas introduces an entirely new way to play. A roguelite experience built for players who want long-term stakes, unpredictable challenges, and meaningful decisions that echo across multiple games in the same Saga.

Each choice you make in Endless Mode carries forward, building your Tribe’s story over the time of the Saga. Every loss teaches you something. Every victory reshapes the tools you have for the battles ahead. And because no two Sagas unfold the same way, each one feels like a unique legend of survival.

Roguelite Saga Mechanics

  • Characters you use in a game are gone for the rest of that Saga unless you revive them with precious Shiny Rocks, at an increasing cost.

  • The Fire Starter discovery cannot be completed in this mode, so every upgrade is critical to push your survived day count higher.

Sage Persistent Enhancements

  • At the start and end of every run, choose a lasting upgrade for your Tribe. Each costs 1–3 Firepits, and with the Fire Starter discovery locked away, every choice shapes your Saga’s outcome.

Mammoth Misfortunes

  • Spend all your Firepits and you will face two harsh debuffs. Choose your curse and adapt to survive.

Massive Shop Variety

  • The Shop refreshes after every run, offering new tools and strategies. Win to unlock new Shop items. Lose, and you may still earn a new item or a Misfortune.

  • With so many combinations to discover, every Saga feels fresh and unpredictable.

How to Unlock Endless Mode Sagas
Purchase the Endless Winter Pack in the Mammoth Market. Start a new game, go to Game Setup, set Fire Knowledge Tree Difficulty to Endless, and use the new UI to begin your Saga.

  • Added save/load system. Run progress can be saved and restored now. To save, player has to have enough Save points. Those can be exchanged for scorepoints (7K for each save point). 1 save point = 1 save. Once saved, player can always restart the run from that save point.

  • Freeplay is available again. All levels discovered in Run mode are playable here.

  • 5th level added and glide terrain added. Looks like this. When stepped on, the player gets some inertia. Simulates glidable surface. Affects only player at this moment.

  • Enabled ReMaze anomaly. Only enabled in 5th level for now. This one randomly repositions level obstacles.

  • Some tweaks in shooting and projectile physics.
