Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII - KTG_Dev_Messenger
・The bug when an endless loop was triggered if a sign-out was performed during a debate between Cao Cao and Chen Gong in the "Heroes Move" scenario was fixed.
・Problems with Officer CG animations were fixed.
・Other minor corrections to the game balance and performance were conducted.

・An editing tool that allows adding original portrait artwork into the game - "Officer CG Edit Tool" will be added.
・Adjusted / Improved game balance.
・The bug in which the game froze during "Petition" issuing was fixed.
・The bug of the processing becoming slow after issuing a "Petition" and selecting an operating officer was fixed.
・The bug due to which the town's gold became 0 in response to "Solicit" or "Goodwill" was fixed.
・The bug of commands becoming unavailable after disbanding a force was fixed.
・The bug related to the "Great Maneuver" was fixed.
・Other various spelling and display errors were fixed.
・Other minor improvements related to bugs and freezes were also made.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII [official site] is not new-new, having technically been out since January, but only today did Koei Tecmo release an English version. It’s a tactical grand strategy RPG wargame sort of a series, now over 20 years old, based on the famous semi-mythical historical epic about China’s strife during the second and third centuries. Buuut even if you’re a die-hard Romantic you might want to check the reviews before you buy.
