Fellow Zedhunters! Version 1.12 is out with a few fixes and changes!

Patch notes:
Fixes:
  • Fixed explosives not doing damage to Zeds behind the target you hit first.
  • Fixed an issue with optional objectives reducing the amount of Zeds to kill to complete the wave after finishing the objective.
  • Fixed a minor visual bug where the Prestige button showed the wrong Z₭ cost to prestige.
  • Added a few collision boxes at places players aren't supposed to be at on Container Port.
  • Some optimization done on Container Port.
Changes:
  • The Mega Zed (objective "Stealing the meat!?) can no longer be pushed by a player or killed from specific traps n' goodies.
  • You can now use the Zed-Cola while sprinting.
  • Zeds will now fly much further in the air when getting blown up by a Nuke. Satisfaction guaranteed!
  • Network optimization.
Added:
  • New map added called Nuked Cyber Arena, with the description: Shit, someone dropped a freaking nuke in the city! Rebuilding everything would cost too much of those precious yellow nuggets, so we're leaving it a little more "spacious".

Fellow Zedhunters! Version 1.11 is out with a few fixes and changes!

Fixes:
  • Fixed the Steam achievement "Nailed It!" not being completed when opening the very expensive container door at Container Port. For those that already opened the door prior to this update, will automatically complete the achievement when starting the game.
  • Fixed some AI pathfinding issues on Container Port.
Changes:
  • Increased the health for the Mega Zed (objective "Stealing the meat!?) by 100%.
  • Changed the defending zones (optional objective "SERVE AND PROTECT!") to not decrease in size when a Zed enters the zone, it now stops at the current value.
  • Increased dB level of the Nuke and its sound radius (you can hear it from further away).
  • Changed the Nuke explosion effect a little bit. It now looks a tad bit better and more performant than before.
  • Slightly increased the brightness on Container Port.
Added:
  • More boss spawn points on Container Port.

Hey fellow Zedhunters! With halloween just around the corner, what better way to spend the day than playing Zedfest's latest update? Version 1.1 is out with a bunch of fixes, changes and freshly added stuff!

Patch notes:
Fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where Zeds could spawn on top of you or very close to you when playing as a client.
  • Several tiny fixes here and there.
Changes:
  • The cost of class-prestige has been lowered by 40%.
  • Changed one of Nuker's level 15 perk "Double Trouble" to "NUCLEAR WARHEAD!" with the description: Explosives have a 5% chance to spawn a nuclear bomb, dealing extreme damage on impact. Blast radius is 2000 units.
  • Prestige 69 is no longer a solid color, it is now fully RGB :).
  • Boner RGB Edition (last seasonal reward) is now unlockable by completing the Steam achievement "Certified Carpenter".
Added:
  • Added a particle effect on the Sirenheads (Zed) when initiating the siren.
  • Added Class 4 Saber Droid to the specified Zed spawning event that can occur in endless horde mode.
  • Added optional objectives for endless horde mode. Completing these during the wave will yield some bonus reward. At the moment there are 4 different optional objectives, that might increase to a larger amount in the future.
  • Added an Evacuation zone that spawns after every boss wave in endless horde mode! Having the whole crew stand in it will result in a Victory and proceed to the end screen. Before this, you had no chance to "win" a endless game, the only thing you could do was to die and get a defeat.
  • New Objective added to objective mode! "STEALING THE MEAT!?". Collect and install Zed chunks from dead Zeds and install them at the Zed creator 1.0. This will create a Mega Zed that must be defeated to proceed.
  • 4 new Steam achievements added. Zedfest now has 44 achievements.
  • Freshly added seasonal challenges with a new seasonal reward, the Ultra Xtreme Impaler! "Impaling your targets, pinning them to the nearest solid objects."
  • New map added called Container Port, with the description: "Wow, that's a lotta containers! Open at your own risk, they might contain a shitload of Zeds!"

Hey all! Version 1.02 is out with a few fixes, changes and a Major change!

Fixes:
  • Minor bugfixes.
  • Added a few collision boxes on places the player shouldn't be able to reach in Aquaworld.
  • Fixed Mechano Spider's buttons not spawning directly.
Changes:
  • MAJOR network changes! Enjoy smooth and lag free shooting with freshly implemented client side shooting! (for all line trace weapons).
  • The Doctor's hat's (Overly attached Doctor perk) healing range has been increased by 80%.
  • Increased bonus reward when weekly modifier is active by 30%.
  • The Superb Needle Gun (Doctor's weapon) now heals a teammate 2 hp per shot instead of 1.

  • Minor fixes and audio balancing.
Changes:
  • Several UI changes and refinements has been made.
  • Mechano Spider now has a suicide button that the player can press. This is a new exciting mechanic that is used in one of the seasonal challenges, and also tied to a new Steam achievement.
  • Increased damage and added Triple penetration for the Iron Pumper v.1.0.
  • Added a 3 second stunlock cooldown that kicks in after you get stunned, so you won't get stunlocked immediately as you could before.
Added:
  • Sound that plays for everyone when a player dies.

Fellow Zedhunters! Version 0.96 is out with some changes, major fixes and added stuff!

Fixes:
  • Fixed Prestiged weapons not adding the correct critical damage and crit chance when playing as a client in multiplayer.
  • Fixed a major bug that would sometimes occur, that would result in a defeat even though there were still players alive.
  • Fixed a major bug that would occur on Endless mode. The waves after wave 6 (boss wave) could have an issue where there would be Zeds still alive even though you got wave completed. Or the other way, a few Zeds did NOT spawn, making it impossible to complete the wave. This is now fixed.
  • Added a few collision boxes on places the player shouldn't be able to reach on the Neighborhood.
Changes:
  • Skipping intermission (pressing F1) will now initiate the starting sirens around the map and countdown from 5 seconds, instead of starting the next wave immediately.
  • Network optimization.
  • Strixx-9's (Bonebreaker weapon) DPS has been increased across all levels.
Added:
  • Added text pop up on HUD that shows how many alive players there are on the map.
  • Doing a full ammo refill at P.U.G.S or the Ammo Generator will now also refill your magazine.
  • 5 new metal banger songs added!
  • New Traps n' goodie, the Shredding Machine! "Place the Shredding Machine on the ground and lure the Zeds into it! Lots of body parts flying around is guaranteed!".
And several tiny fixes, changes and behind the scene stuff!

Version 0.952 is out with some minor changes and fixes!

Fixes:
  • Fixed the silencer not showing correctly when dropping the Strixx-9 on the ground.
  • Fixed Doctor's hat (Overly attached Doctor perk) not being placed on the correct head.
Changes:
  • Adjusted damage numbers for the Strixx-9 weapon (lvl 5).
  • Adjusted damage numbers for the Iron Pumper v.1.0 (lvl 1-5). Also slightly increased the fire rate at higher weapon lvl.
  • Increased the Zed stun duration to 3,3 seconds for the new Stun Grenade.
  • Increased the healing range from Doctor's hat (Overly attached Doctor perk).

Fellow Zedhunters! Version 0.95 is out with some changes, fixes and freshly added stuff!

Fixes:
  • The Doctor Perk "Overly attached doctor!" has been fixed and is now working correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where you would still receive the green splash effect on the screen from Acid Puke Masters poison even though you had the invincible buff.
  • Fixed a tiny animation hiccup for melee weapons that would happen when spamming the attack button between the last "poke" animation and back to a normal swing.
Changes:
  • Several animation changes/refinements has been made.
  • The phase mechanics for the boss Glitchface has been changed, it now spawns "mini Glitchfaces" in the first phase, requiring the players to eliminate them before they reach their mother, Glitchface.
  • Bosses can no longer be punched away by the player.
  • Zed-Colas now increases your health by 20% instead of 25%.
  • Torpedo's perk "How high can you go?" has been removed. Double jump is now a permanent perk of the Torpedo class. Instead, there's a new perk to select called "Reduced explosiveness!", which will reduce incoming explosive damage by 50%.
  • Torpedo's perk "Sneaky Bastard" has been changed, from increasing the grenade slot by 2 to 4. Making you have 8 grenades in your inventory when selected. It will now also regenerate 1 grenade every 20 seconds. The name is also changed to "Grenade Regeneration?".
  • The lvl 15 Doctor Perk "How much ₹ u got?" has been changed. The name is now "No time to die", with the description, "Prevent death by absorbing overkill damage for 5 sec, or until healed at least 30 HP. Failing to heal in time will result in death."
  • New appearance, animations and name for the Zed Gordon the Chef. The new name is "Class 4 Saber Droid". The Zed is now wielding a sword, swinging through everything in front of it!. They got a large health pool but are extremely vulnerable to explosive damage.
Added:
  • Added class Prestige color for the smoke line sitting right between the Health bar and Armor bar (HUD).
  • Added Zed spawn/removal vfx. Instead of the Zeds just getting removed instantly, they will slowly fade away when dead.
  • New weapon for the Torpedo class, the "Iron Pumper v.1.0". A heavy duty Pump action Shotgun. 5 pellets per shot with a very narrow spread. Warning: "Extremely powerful weapon, Zeds might fly to the moon when getting hit".
  • New weapon for the Bonebreaker class, the "Strixx-9". Silent, but deadly! Low damage per shot, but a very juicy rate of fire and a generous clip size makes this weapon perfect for eliminating Zeds!. This weapon replaces the Tri Barrel Bloodshed Gun.
  • Added Grenade for the Torpedo class, the "Stun Grenade". This fabulous grenade will stun nearby Zeds upon explosion.
  • Current traps deployed is now visible on HUD.
  • Added new icons for several weapons and grenades.

Next update will include a new boss, new seasonal challenges, a new Traps n' goodie and much more!

Fellow Zedhunters! Version 0.9 is out with some changes, fixes and freshly added stuff!

Fixes:
  • Fixed an issue with the keybindings Where the Shoot button wasn't assigned from the start.
  • Fixed an issue where the Superb Needle Gun and Dewolt Syringe pistol didn't show the correct headshot floating numbers.
  • Fixed an issue where the Damage floating numbers wouldn't show on the second Zed if doing a Double kill (Penetrating bullet).
  • Fixed the Inverted Mouse option in Settings > Controls.
  • Fixed a few collision issues on the map The NeighborHood.
Changes:
  • Pressing 4 (grenade slot) will now instantly throw away a grenade. Holding it will show its trajectory path, and throw when releasing it. When the grenade has been thrown, you will automatically go back to your current bar slot.
  • Max ₹ per Zed-kill has been capped at 40₹.
  • Doctor's Superb Needle Gun's weapon damage has been increased. And hitting a teammate while using this weapon will now heal them.
  • Every grenade in the loadout (throwable) have got its damage and explosive radius massively increased. Making it a viable option for tricky situations.
  • The Zed-Cola has been changed. It now increases the players Health by 25% instead of giving 25 Health Points.
  • Visbylicious Auto Pistol now has fully working penetrating bullets.
  • Traps n' goodies like the Tesla Coil and Void Creator can no longer fit under tight spaces.
  • Prestige colors now work correctly up to Prestige 69.
Added:
  • Added Prestige bonus for Primary and Secondary weapons. Prestigeing a weapon will now increase its critical chance and critical damage by 1 percentage unit per Prestige. Starts out at 5% and tops out at 15% for critical strike, while critical damage starts out at 10% and tops out at 20% (Weapon prestige level 10).
  • "Correct" Ammo Shells flying out of weapons.
  • 9 Freshly added Seasonal challenges.
  • Current game progress showing in the server browser.
