Prideful Sloth is pleased to announce they have launched their latest game Go-Go Town! into Early Access.

If you are a fan of our games, you'll recognise the art style! However, we've taken a slightly different approach with our latest game.

Under the hood the game is very much 'Prideful Sloth', but this time we wanted to turn our hand to a more modern aesthetic. Go-Go Town! is wholesome, packed with goodness, and sprinkled with a bit of chaos. This is all wrapped into a beautiful Town Building/City Management Sim that has Automation and Exploration.

And did we mention it has local/split screen co-op mode, too! So cosy up on the couch and enjoy!

We just wanted to share the fantastic news with you that our new game Go-Go Town! has announced, as part of Wholesome Direct 2023, that we will be doing a Playtest on 3rd July.

We have also released a Super Early Sneak Peak Demo for Go-Go Town! that you can download and play right now! However, this demo is only available for a limited time.

"Fair Weather" is a large care and support update aimed at allowing more people to enjoy the game.
Many improvements and system based features have been added, and every nook and cranny has been optimised to make the game run great on lower spec machines, but also truly shine for those with great systems!

At the same time, we've polished a lot of things where we could improve the look and feel of the game without sacrificing performance.

• NEW: Added official OpenGL support for those suffering from DirectX issues! A lot of people have eagerly been awaiting this, we're happy to say it's finally here!
  
• NEW: brand new occlusion system. This gives a large performance improvement for machines that struggle to draw high amounts of geometry.
  
• NEW: ambient occlusion system. Faster and smoother, the new system looks great at a fraction of the cost.
  
• NEW: new radiosity system. Our realtime radiosity is the cornerstone of our lighting technology. This new version is a lot faster and more directly supported on a larger range of hardware.
  
  
• IMPROVEMENT: optimised LOD and mesh management system.
  
• IMPROVEMENT: faster, prettier shaders.
  
• IMPROVEMENT: optimised general CPU and GPU usage
  
• IMPROVEMENT: reduced issues due to world streaming. Less performance hiccups/hitching when running around the world.

These Travelers Knots are said to connect two places togethor so that you are never far from home...


TRAVELERS KNOT - fast travel
The Travelers Knot allows you to instantly return to any owned farmstead, but consumes the item in the process.
After you've built your first farm, the Travelers Knot recipe will become available; simply make a Travelers Knot, and use it as a tool.
You'll be presented with a choice of which farm you wish to travel to.

To celebrate the year, we're launching a free pack of accessories -- simply install the free DLC pack, find Maggie in any village, and collect your items from her!
