We’ve just released an update for the demo. The main changes are as follows:

1. Stealth Stage Difficulty Adjustment

• Added an option to skip the stage after 5 deaths, allowing players stuck at this part to continue with the story.

2. New Load Option

• After failing the stealth stage, you can now choose to load your save directly to reduce repeated attempts.

3. Improved Controller Support

• Enhanced controller detection accuracy and improved the wording of controller operation prompts.

4. Art Asset Adjustments

• Updated and refined certain art assets in the stealth stage.

5. Bug Fixes

• Fixed several known issues to improve overall stability.

This week, we dedicate the Friday news to the most requested feature by far: the Bucket Wheel Excavator!

The Bucket Wheel Excavator is planned to come in several sizes so it fits in more than just the largest pits. It will be a behemoth, capable of chewing through any mountain, moving overburden at a much faster rate, and supporting both truck loading and conveyor feeding.

We just wanted to update everyone that the new demo is now live! This demo includes:

• 3 chapters + the tutorial chapter to play through. Note that these chapters have a reduced level count because it's just a demo! more levels will be available in the full version.

• The complete story up to chapter 3 (there will be 9 in the full game).

• 4 music tracks written by the fantastic Jamal green!

Popcorn Popstars is now out in early access!

Right now, it's still a low-budget indie film, but given some time and help from you, we're sure we can build a blockbuster! Stay with us while we add new movie stars, new music, new enemies, new boss fights and even new mechanics to help you get the highest rating possible!

Here is a short list of bugs that we are aware of and things we are still working on!

KNOWS BUGS/ISSUES

• Units sometimes don't do the correct animation or don't do an animation at all

• Some special ability VFX aren't displayed correctly

• There's still an issue where beats will trigger very quickly after doing a special. The team is still trying to find the problem. We think some Aliens are causing this weird effect.

• Some UI elements don't display their halftone effect

• The tutorial can sometimes bug out. Maybe it's time to hit the big screen in the regular game then!

FEATURES WE'RE WORKING ON

• New drums that will change your playstyle will arrive very soon!,

• Adding muzzle flashes VFX to the alien guns

• Sequences will get updated visuals

• Aliens still have human eyes.... That's not normal
