Clicking refresh button in workshop will restore search, sorting, filters after refreshing.
Removed auto refresh behind upload, since it usually takes 7-10 minutes to show an uploaded new item in workshop.
Show the progress ring right away after clicking on set wallpaper button for a workshop item.

Patch upgrade v1.0.14 - workshop fix

Wallpaper Builder - 杰森

We've fixed the workshop. You can use the workshop now. We will upgrade another patch later today for the remaining issues including refresh of workshop list in the current selected order, download speed enhancement, showing a progress indicator right away when click on set wallpaper button.

Change log

Can upload the complete file.
No failure for upload any more.
Won't fail when upload a big file.
No issue to download wallpapers.
