Re-fixed a couple of previous fixes lost when going to Unreal v4.22.
-Added back the option to invert helicopter throttle.
-Fixed the Zoomed FOV slider so it works as intended, setting it to 1.0 means no zoom when shooting or looking around.

The Unreal Engine 4.27 with leaderboard patch caused the game to crash on nVidia 3xxx and 4xxx cards. I have reverted to the July 2023 patch, which was the last to use Unreal 4.22. I will try to bring over fixes other than the leaderboard, which only works with 4.27. I am not happy to loose the leaderboard, but the silver-lining is that the clouds and lighting actually looked better on 4.22, and the game ran a bit faster.

As requested and promised, this patch has a fix for the broken Zoom-multiplier for vehicles. Now it works to disable or reduce zoom-factor when firing or free-looking by setting zoom-multiplier to 1.0 or a number close to 1, depending on preference.

Also added a checkbox for inverting the collective on helicopters as requested. Enjoy!

-You can now choose between controlling the aircraft stick with your VR-controller rotation or -position under SETTINGS->ADVANCED.
-You now have to Grip the controller to use the VR-controller. This removes problems where players would put the controller on the table and use a gamepad or joystick, and wonder why the aircraft kept pitching, rolling and crashing while the VR-controllers were sending input to the game.
-Raised sensitivity to work better with VR hand-controllers.

The controls in the helicopter cockpit animate with user input. Close and re-open Steam if your game is not updated to 0.99f or later version. Enjoy!

The game now has a leaderboard! There will most likely be some kinks to iron out, but I am looking forward to seeing what scores you guys are getting, and who are the Top Guns. Unfortunately I had to update to Unreal 4.27 to get the leaderboard in. In doing that I lost Depth of Field feature on flat-screen, and the lighting at night was not looking good so I disabled the day-night cycle (at least for now) and only randomized the starting-time and cloud-layout.

After a long hiatus, I was inspired to fix a few bugs:
-Fixed a bug that prevented the boat from exploding from burning damage.
-Removed Slow-Motion power-up, as it was more annoying than helpful.
-Fixed the red edges around the screen in monitor-mode
-Added spawns of the plane and helicopter: if there is no plane or helicopter on the spawn-point, a new one will spawn even if the player has not picked up extra planes or helicopters. First one after 30 seconds, spawn-time is increased 50% every time you use the "automatic reinforcement".

I have at least one more patch in the works, it will take a couple of more weeks I expect, and it will contain a new aircraft.

Smaller but oh so sweet fixes & improvements!

-Fixed bug that prevented turrets from firing, you will see ALOT more friendly- and enemy-fire
-Turrets look around when not firing (benefits mechs in particular)
-Increased carrier HP
-Fixed bug that could cause planes to be one-shot-killed

The update improves level-visuals, tunes planes, addresses some player-feedback and shrinks the install.

-Winter-themed levels with new mountains
-More agile planes (and a bit more arcade) by tweaking wing-locations, attack-angles and lift
-Fighter-jet now has Thrust Vectoring! Its possible to make some cool acrobatics
-Fighter-jet Horizon gyroscope (per request)
-Automatic elevator trim based on speed makes it easier to fly level and aim
-Improved plane AI
-Lowered FOV in zoom on monitor (per request)
-Less clouds in the sky typically (per request)
-A bit more agile pilot on-foot movement
-Shrunk the HD-install from 40GB to just over 5GB

The Update changes how DEFEND mode is played; to create more tense moments, the carrier health is reduced, but carrier-repair powerups are more abundant. This means you will need to keep a closer eye on the carrier and powerups to reach a high-score - but if you do, you can reach higher scores than before. Also added light- and muzzle-flashes from firing guns which look particularly cool at night, and a defaults-controls change which is relevant if you are a new player or restore controls to default.

-Lowered carrier-health and added more repair-escorted powerups. This is to create more tense moments of low carrier-health, but also the ability to save the day.
-Added lights when firing from turrets and from explosion-light-bursts.
-Added muzzle-flash and lights when firing from planes and helicopters.
-Reorganized and re-labeled menu to hopefully be more intuitive.
-Removed flight-assist as an option, since it only seems to confuse people.
-Removed start-in-cockpit. Just taking focus from important options.
-Removed default gamepad controls to not confuse new VR players when both were active at same time before and they wondered why .
