I am extremely disappointed to announce that due to a trademark dispute regarding the word 'Surviving' Surviving Titan will shortly be removed from Steam. Anyone that has previously purchased the game will continue to be able to download, install, launch and play the game. The Steam Community pages will remain visible and accessible. The store page for the game remains accessible, but will be removed from listings in the Steam store.

Anyone that recently purchased the game will be covered by Steams refund policy,

Hiya guys,

Just a small patch today to address a newly discovered crash and some issues with friendly turrets.

1.0.12 -
• Fixed bug with turrets not damaging some enemies
• Turrets will no longer damage friendly structures
• Fixed a rare crash when destroying objects outside of active chunk view
• Improved collision detection when placing objects slightly
• Increased drop rates from horses and pigs
• Increased base health of the anvil from 10 to 25

Surviving Titan 1.0.11 is now live on Steam. Just a few small changes in this update and some minor bug fixes. Hope you are enjoying the game!

  • Added duplication checks for quest NPC's
  • Fixed bug with fishing pot not allowing bait to be added
  • Fixed bug with flying NPC's becoming unreachable when in the storage bunker and other maps
  • Increased hitbox radius of the snail
  • Added new enemy - jungle snail
  • Increased hemp spawns in grasslands and jungle
  • Fixed bug with minimap markers duplicating between accounts played in the same session

Version 1.0.9 is now live on steam. This version add’s a few minor graphical changes, has a fix for items going missing from chests as-well as fixing the invincible NCP’s bug.

1.0.9 -
• Fixed chests and workbenches not saving items/crafting queue's correctly after initial placement
• Fixed graphical glitch with farm dirt
• Fixed bug with resources spawning on top of placed objects
• Watering cans and buckets can now be filled from any water source
• Fixed bug with some NPC's turning invincible after killing them and reloading the game
• Increased range of cursed totem by 50%
• Fixed bug when leaving the abyss
• Improved skeleton king spawn placement
• Added visual 'scare' range of cursed totems when near them

Surviving Titan 1.0.7 is now live, this fixes a few newly reported issues since the 1.0.0 update as-well as a crash to desktop created in the 1.0.5 update -

  • Fixed crash to desktop when looting from the escape-pod chest
  • Fixed gamepad option missing from settings screen
  • Fixed crash when speaking to ncp's with dialogue choices and pets returned from tasks
  • Fixed cooking pot placement glitch
  • Fixed items sometimes appearing in
  • Reduced flicker from ground items and resources overlapping

Surviving Titan 1.0.5 is now live, this is a minor patch to address some issues reported from the 1.0.0 release. Here is the changes -

  • Fixed bug with energy levels quest
  • Fixed a crash that would happen when opening the minimap with no active quests
  • Fixed bug with player position sometimes not showing on minimap when not in the overworld
  • Fixed layering issue with flying NPC's
  • Items can no longer be placed ontop of the escape pod
  • Items are no longer returned from the furnace when crafting is cancelled
  • Fixed bug with sleeping bag sometimes not activating
  • Fixed a bug with items sometimes disappearing from chests
  • Fixed an issue with some quest checks randomly crashing the game

Hiya guys,

Surviving Titan version 1.0.0 is now live and available to download! With this new update comes destructible terrain, a completely revised GUI, new control methods, performance boosts and improved gameplay! This version is an almost complete rewrite of the core game engine from the ground up.

With the new engine upgrades this will allow for new content to be added far more easily than before. It also opens up the possibility of much larger changes such as the addition of new biomes.

Destructible terrain -

A major change in this update is the ability to destroy terrain. This can be done using either explosives or mining equipment such as the pickaxe or drill!



Updated controls -

Without a doubt the most commonly requested feature was the ability to use the mouse to fire and attack with, this is now the default control scheme! The way you interact with objects has now also changed, you use your mouse to hover over the target and 'e' to interact with it (this is fully rebindable)



Revised interface -

Another major change from the previous release is the GUI. Almost everything has been updated to be far more intuitive to use. Take a look at the new inventory and minimap screens -





Crafting Queues -

Another requested feature was the ability to queue multiple different items at workbenches at once. This is now possible for all workbenches in the game!

• Fixed bug that would sometimes not completely delete previous saves
• Fixed weapon position bug during dialogue
• Fixed knockback sometimes not doing damage
• Fixed NPC duplication glitch
• Signal jammers can now only be damaged by explosives
• Bosses can no longer be stunned
• Added new pine tree
• Campfires no longer require fuel to cook
• Improved log cabin grid placement



Unfortunately old save files will not be compatible with the latest update. I tried my best to allow the old files to be converted, but in the end it did not prove to be possible with all the core engine changes.

I am really happy to announce the latest update for Surviving Titan will be going live on Wednesday June 17th! I have almost completely rewrote the entire game engine from the ground up to be far easier to work with, allowing new functionality like destructible terrain and new biomes to be added as well as increasing overall performance and stability.

Here are some of the main new features that are coming in version 1.0.0 -

The only disadvantage to all of these improvements it that any old save files will not be compatible with the latest update. I tried my best to allow the old files to be converted, but in the end it did not prove to be possible with all the core engine changes.

Hiya guys,

Another small update today to fix a few newly discovered bugs. If you discover anything be sure to report it on the community forums or on the discord server!

• Fixed a bug that could cause Elthen to crash land twice
• Fixed a bug with inventory items disappearing when save/loading whilst having an identical item equipped
• Horses now run away when hit instead of fighting back
• Fixed a bug with some NPC's not returning from tasks
• Added new standalone sprites for all walls and fences
