No need to use beta branch anymore to access Suburbia! See other changes below.


Patch notes, what's added lately:
- Linux support
- 64bit MacOS support
- Suburbia map
- 3 cars
- map view (hold TAB during gameplay)
- option to limit robbery spot count and also option to use endless spots
- hard mode / instakill option in the Arena
- control mapping options: now also ctrl, alt, shift and mouse buttons can be mapped as game buttons
- various bug fixes

What's this... a map update?


Suburbia level is currently available in beta branch and will be added later as a regular update.

If you want to try it already, opt in to beta by selecting Pako 2 in your Steam library and:
Properties > Betas > Beta Participation > latest

Download the latest patch and try playing in "Chase camera" / 3rd person view!
The original bird's eye view is also still available.


You can find the setting after the Stage Selection screen. There's also a "Practice mode" where you can explore maps without cops and robbers.

If you have wondered is there ever going to be an alternative chase camera mode added in PAKO 2, the answer is definitely maybe.

Soundtrack release got delayed couple days because of various issues but here it is! These are just some of the songs, but more arranged to album way, since in-game they have to be bit different. There has been also requests to bring back some of the songs from the Early Access version and that is also considered, maybe a vol.2 and a separate "radio channel" for them?
