New Enemies Added:

Spider Queen (Boss) – Pouncing claw attack, venom orb, web bind

Poison Spider – Airdrop unit, ranged

Stone Spider – Airdrop unit, rolling charge

Ogre Shieldbearer – Tank, shield block, collision damage

Ogre Butcher – Tank, wide-range attack

Treasure Goblin – Survivor Mode exclusive, flees rapidly, drops 1-5 relic bags and other items upon death.

Enemy Adjustments:

Increased HP for some enemies while slightly reducing movement speed, making smaller enemies more durable.

Relic Changes:

Added 9 new skill books.

Baby dragons can now evolve into adult dragons.

Bridge Defense Mode – New Defensive Structures:

Arrow Tower:

Defensive tower that fires an arrow at the nearest enemy every 2 seconds. Arrow damage: \[&1], receives bow-related bonuses and all damage bonuses from the captain.

Fence

An obstacle that blocks enemies and projectiles. Initial shield value: \[&1], benefits from party's shield bonuses.

Bridge Defense Mode Revamp:

Due to new enemies, defensive structures, skill books, etc., the stage layouts have been redesigned.

Increased enemy count in early waves for New Game+ to raise difficulty and improve replay value.

Survivor Mode – Formation Synergy Removed:

The formation synergy system has been removed, no longer restricting weapon choices or requiring early class changes.

Some formation skills have been integrated into relics—obtain the relic to activate the corresponding skill.

Survivor Mode Difficulty Reset:

Now only 6 difficulty tiers (0-5), each tier increasing difficulty by 50%.

Difficulty 5 is the maximum; clearing it will no longer increase difficulty, only refresh the fastest clear time.

Survivor Mode Spawn Logic Reworked:

Redesigned enemy spawning and loot drops for greater randomness, optimizing replay experience.

The demo of my next game just came out! Spinny Dungeon is a slot machine roguelike inspired by Luck be a Landlord and Plants vs. Zombies. The FULL run with one hero is currently available in the demo.

Each time you hit the SPIN button bloody monsters creep closer. Stop them before they reach your soul locked deep inside the ancient slot machine. KILL these freaks! LOOT 'em! EAT 'em!

Build your own deck from weapons, plants, magic artifacts and companions. These symbols will be randomly rearranged on the board after each spin.

The game was balanced based on analytics added to the itch version and 400 successful and 2400 unsuccessful runs. The popularity of the different symbols was distributed fairly evenly in the decks of winning players. A lot of builds are viable. It looks like the game is HARD, but FAIR.
