Ni no Kuni™ II: Revenant Kingdom

Level-5's Ni no Kuni sequel Revenant Kingdom gets its second major DLC episode next week, March 19th, in the form of The Tale of a Timeless Tome - and there's a brand-new trailer to get you in the mood.

According to publisher Bandai Namco, The Tale of a Timeless Tome will introduce new story elements, new locations, new characters, and new fighting Methods, with much of it themed around a mysterious entity known as the Conductor.

The Conductor - a giant, tuxedo-wearing rabbit - inhabits a dream world "where people's memories mix and mingle" that protagonist Evan slips into while falling asleep at the Goldpaw Inn. "Who is this off character and what is his objective?", asks Bandai Namco, as if it didn't know the answer already. Additional intrigue may be found in the new trailer below.

Fast forward over four months, and we've finally got some very vague timing on when that content will land - including a free DLC pack for everyone coming on 9th August.

Named the Adventure Pack, this freebie will add additional floors to the Faraway Forest, with new bosses and costumes and a handful of other quests to mop up.
