- Fixes keyboard initialization problem on OSX (if problem stil occurs, hit "Restore" in the Controls menu)
- Fixes boss disappearing if a NPC explode in front of him thanks to Bloody Mary syringe (but nice try !)
- Fixes unability to use Greyhound syringe in level 1
- Fixes some incorrect displays of some NPCs and UI

Sorry again for Mac users, it's really hard to prevent issues that never happened on PC...

But right now, let's enjoy Shadow Warrior 2 !

- Fixes keyboard initialization problem on OSX (if problem stil occurs, hit "Restore" in the Controls menu)
- Fixes boss disappearing if a NPC explode in front of him thanks to Bloody Mary syringe (but nice try !)
- Fixes unability to use Greyhound syringe in level 1
- Fixes some incorrect displays of some NPCs and UI

Sorry again for Mac users, it's really hard to prevent issues that never happened on PC...

But right now, let's enjoy Shadow Warrior 2 !

Sorry about the broken update yesterday which included a conflict with new PS4 stuff, this one will be good.

Improvements
- Adds one security about DirectX violation with splashscreen so the game could still be loaded
- Adds ability to switch one keyboard configuration for an other player, for example if you want to play 4 players but with only 3 gamepads, it's now possible
-> in the remapping screen, press A on "Player 1" and switch left/right to change the player assignation
- Adds ability to change camera shaking intensity in the pause options
- Adds ability to deactivate gamepad rumble in the pause options
- Adds missing localized move list

Fixes
- Fixes NPCs disappearing in levels 3 and 5 if player go back to spawn position
- Fixes AI not following player if he is not Player 1
- Fixes ability to use taser on dogs
- Fixes ability of female soldier to shoot out of screen
- Fixes wrong behaviours on end of tutorial level
- Fixes chainsaw range
- Fixes wrong position of Natasha & Boris when catched by Ivan
- Fixes Vlad wrong layer order after 4th boss death
- Fixes wrong skip icon displayed on cinematics
- Fixes stun applied on not grounded NPCs
- Fixes ability to TP on unvisible NPCs by using Orange Tundra
- Adds missing shadows on some NPCs on 7th boss scene
- Tweaks 1st boss dash punch range

Fixes an issue where the friendly fire was not registered correctly, which prevented "Peace" and "Broforce" achievement to be succeeded.

Thanks to the players who send me details by email in order to understand where the tricky issue was.

EDIT : "Broforce" seems still broken, we'll take a look at it

EDIT 2 : "Broforce" is working well, seems like the translation doesn't fit what player actually have to do to unlock it : it's the same than "God" achievement, but in coop where nobody has to take damage
